Sometimes it's sophistication looks like a Varsity or College team with precise routes, crisp passes, and a bend but don't break defense. I feel sorry for whoever takes ya'll lightly. Believe me, ya'll had WOS 112% and Queen nervous when ya'll played! They took Ned W lightly then had to make some serious adjustments at the half! PNG White will not see the same team they faced earlier! Timing takes a 1/4 to 1/2 the season for an offense like that!

Ned White has a good passing attack, but lets not forget about their DEFENSE either. They are only allowing 13.8 ppg. Remove the Lil Titans game and they are only giving up 9.4 ppg. Bigdogs has them boys ready and motivated each week!

A couple of good rematches to mention in SR: Week 1 Ned W beat PNG White 12-6. How prepared will PNG W be for the passing attack of Ned W which has improved over the last 7 weeks. PK Ned White to much for PNG White A rematch of Week 4 where BC beat LC 33-26. Can LC contain the speedy #23 from BC and can BC keep #78 from dominating defensively? PK BC will outscore LC once again The other games WOS takes Ned Black and Lum White over Lum Blue

My son has played on teams (Football & Baseball) for coaches from outside this area (North Texas & Lousianna) and everyone of them asked where that came from. The Lousianna coach said it must be a "Texas Thing". The North Texas coach said it must be a "South Texas" thing. Kids are not instucted or taught to do that everywhere! Ask yourself where is Faircloth from? Maybe its not a ritual there! Thats why I don't think it compares to the national anthem. Our kids do it because thats what we taught them in youth sports. By the way: You are not suppose to coach your players during an injury timeout. Water only!

You are well aware of your uphill battles and who they are. In the back of your mind you know you have doubt. Some of the kids you've played (Jr Reg season /Jr SB Last year 2-0), some the year before (1st year Jr Reg season and playoffs you were 0-2). This is a combo! Keep talkin trying to make yourself believe! Making yourself try to forget about that question that you keep going over and over in your head, "Am I a good enough coach to lead this talented group of young men to where my parents and my community expect us to be?"  ;) An accumalation of 7 or 8 years of really getting to know and respect each other! Bring it!!

Couldn't agree with ya more Demons! This is what makes the STJFL the best and most competitive youth football league in our area! Cantbeat, Willbeat, Smash, Ocho, WOS 112% are just a few examples of us morons that spend alot of time and effort hyping our kids and teams up to watch them grow, develop and perform at a high level against the most talented kids in SETX. Bring your popcorn and don't leave mad!!! Gonna be a long trip back to BC, BMT, & PNG!!

Its all about me, me, and my kid and the politics that go with it. Starts with the school board on down. We win at all the lower levels but when they get to school athletics, its over. We had our opportunity to build on things in 07 & 08 but look how long it lasted. Having a winning program (football) does so much for your community. I hope Vidor can sustain this longer than Lumberton was able!
