This kid is the first 1A skilled player to ever get a full ride scholarship offer to the University of Texas. He stands 6'3 215 lbs and runs a 4.3 forty. Traylon scored 52 TD's last year. Traylon Shead is #2 in career rushing yards for the State of Texas, with 8,988 yards so far. Traylon is behind the great Kenny Hall from Sugarland who rushed for 11,232 yards from 1950-1953. There is talk of him starting for the Longhorns as a freshman next year. He is bad to the bone, and remember he is playing on a 1A team Cayuga. Check out this link, it will blow your mind. He destroys power house teams like Alto and many others all through the video !!! [Hidden Content]
Well, you got two things right.  He's going to Texas and he's second all time in yards.  There is absolutely zero talk about him starting at Texas as a freshmen by anybody with a brain.  He runs a 4.5 at best.  Only 4 players ran a sub 4.4 at last years NFL combine, and none of them were running backs.  Just to give you a little perspective Jamaal Charles ran a 4.38 at the combine in 08.  All that being said I'm a huge Horns fan and hope he does great at UT.  And for the record, the best RB in texas is between Herschel Sims, Malcolm Brown, or Aaron Green.
Guess your Mack Brown there Mr. know it all !!!  What a guy !!! LOL !!! Some Horns fan !! You don't know crap about my Horns or good talent, stick to tennis pal !!! LOL !!!  ;D ;) :o
First of all it's you're not your.  Secondly, if you really believe that he's the best back in Texas "hands down" then you might want to watch a little more film.  Since they are "your horns"  you would probably know that Lache was their #1 RB target this year. He's a great player, but the transition from 1A to major college football won't be easy that's why there's no talk of him starting as a freshmen.  And lastly if you believe that he is a legit 4.3, then maybe you should "stick to tennis pal."  Do you really believe he is as fast or faster than Jamaal Charles?
yep you are right when he goes to UT  people want avoid him and not try to tackle him. they will try to take his head off. how he responds to not being the bigger kid on the block anymore will tell how he good he will be. they may even switch him to defense. they have enough good backs anyway.
 3. i dont know about this one i think i will be close.  buna seems to be pretty salty on  defense and we down to our third string running backs.(those backs are still pretty  good though)
 4.
I don't believe he would look so dominate in 3A up......far more size and athletic ability to choose from
yep want be no holes like that in 3a on up and the upper level 2 a teams.
 5. heck aint nobody trying to tackle him.  he could prob would start anywere but put him nn 4a and 5a he will have guys on defense who are just as big as he is and they  not be afraid to hit him.  want be no holes consistently like that
 6.

I believe that ECBucFan was attempting to take a shot at Newton. They tend to have a very vile view of Coach Barbay and some of the things he has said and they thought he said over the years. Getting beat by 30plus in the playoffs tends to leave a bad taste in their mouths.
For the record, I haven't said a negative word about Newton, KV, or anyone else in your district this season. Now, with that said: You might have beat EC by 130 for that matter, but that isn't the point- The point IS that it takes some real gall to come here (or anywhere) and WHINE about disrespect. Like I said: You dish it out---You take it!
yep  you right about that guy. hopefuly we get to meet you guys and take out a little of our frustrations on you guys in the playoffs. lol
 7. if  newton makes it to the third round and dangerfield is still in it , this is what we have to look forward too.  all of those dangerfield  clowns coming on here  agitating the heck out of people  just like this arp  guy is doing(i remember how they did last year)  . dangerfield has  been to the playoffs a lot and won several state championships, you would think they would  know how to act.  they are just plain old classless
 8.
Arptiger are you on furlough from Rusk State? Your not very bright nor nice. Get lost and back to the cage.
ha  ha  that  is a  good  one
 9. he is on here with all this stuff , they must dont have nothing to keep them busy on smoaky.com
 10. they talk some stuff on that board, and yes some of he dangerfield fans were real classless
 11. NEWTON dont stop the mistakes they continuely do  they will be  a cup cake to better teams, kirbyville proved that
