This game will come down to who makes the least mistakes, turnovers , penalties. I like our chances , Wilson should be back, not sayin Pop was not good , Wilson just a little more seasoned at this point . As far as all this talk - people blaming coach T and wanting him gone, he will retire soon and when he does the WOS program will be gone, never to return. The na-sayers will get what they want - mediocrity.

Only one stat that I care about, WOS is at least 1 point ahead when the clock gets to 00:00. Nothing else matters now.

Hate that hear that. Prayers for the young man. WOS QB Tyrone Wilson took a helmet to helmet hit in Friday’s game and is uncertain for this week , there was not even a flag thrown. Football is a violet sport, but the officials need to do all they can to protect these kids. There were at least 4 facemasks in our game , a coupe that looked intentional.

As Coach Thompson says , there aren’t any weak sisters left when you get to the 3rd round. Don’t know much about Giddings this year , but they normally play pretty solid football. I like Silsbee in this one, and would love to see a District 10 4A II Regional Final .

Stangs do it again in the 4th. Kept on playing hard despite a very odd game. Praying Wilson will be ok.

Mustangs pretty sloppy, but not hurt , Wilson having to come out after face mask hurt the momentum on that drive. Need to come out after half and play Mustang Football .

Man lots of good games to see, but gotta go watch the Mustangs first , toss up after that ,

The mustangs are definitely getting on track. Good mix of playmakers in last nights game. The statewide pundits aren’t giving WOS much respect , when we beat Sweany next week I think that will change.

Field was prob sloppy , cold and wet and windy. Didn’t sound like Stangs had much offense 13 points . Heard Copper and Sibley we’re back this week .

Hoping someone will post updates , can’t make the game tonite - lets go Stangs.

After a 4 round bout with the Liberty Thugsters last week , the Mustangs stampeded into Hampshire and leave no doubt who district champs are.

Will have to give the edge to the Stangs. But it looks like HF has played some good games. If , and it’s a big if, the Mustangs can play a complete game they should win easily. Most likely will be without the services of Copper or Sibley, but the young backs did a great job against a nasty Liberty team last week. Will be a cold damp field so anything can happen.
