congrats to both. Man that 3A district is really going to be hard next year with Silsbee, WOS, HJ and Orangefield.

These are the playoff teams. WOS 9-0 OF 6-3 HJ 6-3 OF and HJ have split, so it both win Tuesday they will be tied. I guess they will have a game to decide who goes 2nd and 3rd.

Not much more I can say, we just have to suck it up and play. Who knows what will happen!

I agree too, they do a fair shake now. I'm just thinking about my Bobcats. I don't think we have a fair shake. We only have about 60 more students than Buna, but we still have to play the larger schools.

Oh I think we'll be competitive, we just don't have the numbers or athletes to compete with the better teams in this district, but who knows maybe we'll surprise some teams. Whatever happens I'll be there supporting my Bobcats.

If Buna would have stayed 3A then they would have probably kept the districts like it was, giving better opportunities for some of the smaller schools.

Are you serious about the comment you made about OF coaches officiating games? Please, I've been going to basketball games at Orangefield for years and I have never seen an OF coach officiating a game. Get Real!! The officating was bad last night, but HJ wanted that game more than we did and thats why we lost.

We do have one, who is not a starter but gets alot of playing time, who has an injury to her back. Some of the other girls are banged up, but nothing serious. We just have not clicked like we did earlier in the year. I sure hope we get it together soon.

Well the officating was not the best, but we were very flat. Most starters in foul trouble, one fouled out in the third quarter. I think we scored two point the entire third quarter. Just not a good night!

District 24 looks ok to me. I can live with that. Just don't make it an 8 team with Jasper and Silsbee.
