It has to do with Cross-Sectional Density, Energy at extended ranges and Ballistic Coefficient. Accuracy is only part of the equation when they are picking a sniper rifle. ;D If you were hunting elk at 400 yards, would you choose a 180 grain 30-06 that will shoot a 3" group at that range or a 62 grain .223 that will shoot a 1" group at the same range? :

Oops! An NRA member falls for the trap. I will bet that Sarah Brady is having a great time over this flap. They have been hard at it since the assault weapon ban expired. There is nothing that the gun control faction wants more than having gun owners argue between themselves over which guns should be legal. All the gun owners are going to do is end gun ownership for everyone if they don't watch out.

If citations were issued for possession of marijuana, the game warden needs to take a refresher course in the law. That is not an option by Texas law.

It doesn't matter where the plants are built. The workers will come from several counties to work in them.

I think they are a lot of places in SE Texas. People just don't take in what is around them.

This will all likely be dropped from a felony burglary to a misdemeanor trespassing. They will then get deferred probation meaning that they will likely pay a fine, do some community service and if they stay clean for 6 months, the whole deal will be off of their record.

What a way to start your life after high school, with a felony record.

I have the same issue but for saltwater. I can be saltwater fishing in 15 minutes. I could be freshwater fishing just as quick if you count the local canals or Taylor's Bayou. A trip to Rayburn or Toldeo is a couple of hours one way.

... and I caught an amberjack at Toledo Bend. I was fishing for sand sharks and don't know how I hooked the jack.
