Totally true, the numbers in JH are even higher this year over last year. the coaches have been doing a good job with the teams, but on top of that they also have some good, pure, football smart athletes in the program right now! and that really helps. watching the 8th grade A team from running the ball, the line blocking, the fakes, they are very fluid on the field and the D as been great! Cleveland was on last night, gave up a touchdown plus the conversion in the first quarter, but shut it down after that! Huffman could not pass against us. I think the Liberty QB #12 needs help, he is a very good player and has some serious wheels and makes big plays happen, but he can't do it alone and that looked to be the problem this past Friday. if more Liberty players stepped up, this might be a closer game. but without it Huffman wins big!

I'm sure we will give up a pass or two, Huffman likes throwing the ball and that is a weakness for Cleveland defending it, but that QB will not have long to get rid of it. The Cleveland D will bring big pressure all night, I still believe Cleveland will take it by 14 Roll Tribe!

Anyone that seen the game knows the truth. I'm just proud of the boys for not losing focus of the game with everything that was being called on them, they played hard all the way and just kept plugging away like winners. Well the score will depend on the officials, because if we have any of the three stooges that 8th grade had last night. Cleveland will be in for along night. Every 4th down expect a personal foul to give them another chance. We had 27 flags and 2 ball caps thrown on our boys lastnight, total joke. Our fullback was pulled to the ground twice my his facemask and once with a big horse collar and guess what NO FLAG!! and all three were with in a few feet of the stooges! I've been in football my entire life and i know that officials can't see everything, they do have 22 boys to watch, but again what a joke. It was still 28 to 20 Cleveland wins!!! I would like to send out our thoughts and prayers to #20 on Liberty 8th grade A team, he took a big hit last night on a kickoff and was carried off the field by paramedics. if anyone has information on how he's doing please post!
