Nederland Dog 2006

Vidor is a very good football team this year. They could beat anybody in the district. Vidor by 17 points.

I think i will have heard enough of it after every stinking play ya'll run. Even when ya'll turn the ball over ya'll play it. What's up with that? Haha.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but to me, with us having the spread, our quarterbacks are getting hurried, hit, sacked, and ultimately injured more. I mean less protection up front leads to more of that i would think. And I know those big nasty stinkies would rather get a full head of steam and do some run blocking instead of pass blocking and running draw plays. I could be wrong but to me, the spread works if you have a more mobile QB which we really don't. Could be wrong. Just my two cents.

All I have to say is one more day till game time.

If ya'll would have played Friendswood, it would have been the same story different chapter. They were a very good football team. Plain and simple. But Nederland is going to come out better from the tough Non-District Schedule. Getcha Popcorn Ready.

Even if our team was 100%, we still would have gotten blown out by Friendswood. They were just bigger, better, and everything else. We were just outclassed. Now ozen on the other hand, Its not going to be no 3 touchdown blowout by any means. Nederland is going to have a fire lit under their butt and come out ready to play some football. I'll take Nederland by 10.

Listen. This was just to congatulate the senior players on a good year. For you guys who don't like it, keep your opinions to yourself.

Sam McGufee. He is playing for Michigan. I can't remember where he played high school ball. Some houston school. He is something else.

Old Spell has got to figure out some way to stop the run. He hasn't been able to this year or last year and he probably won't. We will out score them. 35-28 Nederland. I would put grogan on defense though to plug up that line.

Yeah. That was a little harsh what i said. My bad. But, none the less, we need to get more body's at the line of scrimmage. My goodness. 55 points on just running the ball. Wow. Sorry guys. I ran my mouth a little too much. Just ready to come into to vidor and spoil their hopes. ;D

My opionion about us has changed a lot in 2 weeks. Livingston ran the same three plays all night and we could not stop it. We didn't blitz until 3 minutes left in the 4th. It was too late by then. When we started blitzing we didn't stop them dead in their tracks, but we did slow it down. If we would have blitz the whole night we would have stopped that running game of livingston. We may have gotten burnt on the deep ball, but we would have MADE them throw. I don't know if I should say this on this board, but old Spell has got to go. He ran that dinosaur Defense and it didn't work. I mean our offense lights up that board with 50 and we still lose? That aint nothing but bad defense right there. If I was nueman, I would have told Spell to take the headsets off cause I'm calling the denfense the rest of the night. With this being Vidors homecoming this week and we have a tough team in Lumberton the week after...we got our work cut out for us. Our offense will be there. No doubt. But if we can't get more bodies in the backfield on defense... We will be sitting at home during playoffs.

Nederland wins big. 35-10. Grogan (The Freight Train) will be rumbling down the field all night, baby!

Nederland and PNG are basically both the best. We can both be 0-9 or whatever and still pack the house on Friday nights; Home or Away games.

With it being homecoming and Nederland coming off their first distrcit loss, they will be ready for this game. If I was neuman, I would have a little 10 play Power I package to run out of. I would start off in the spread and if they stop us on the first drive, i would come out in the Power I on the second drive. It would surprize the heck outta livingston.

I have a feeling that a lot of people think that this is the same "Air It Out" Nederland team of last year. We will pound the rock tonight and put the jags in a headlock. We have the same team as last year, but this year we have a RUNNING GAME. The horse will run it all night long, baby!

Nederland and Central. PNG and Vidor. Boy we got some good ones today. Ya'll ready for some SETX football?!
