If you think HD can shut out HI, you are crazy. No one has been able to shut us out...not even evadale. Evadale whipped HD from the start, it wasnt until late in the second half when evadale was beating HI. You are extremely under estamating the cardinals, and we will prove that, 2:00 in High Island this saturday, in the cardinals nest. HD better be prepared for a game. We will see If you are that positive after the 1st quarter !!! HD has alot of head hunters and lots of athletes. Tell your Coach to show you the whole Evadale vs HD game film, not just the 4 fumbles and 6 personal fouls HD had in the game !!! Have him show you the two passes for TD's that HD dropped. What he is not gonna tell you son is HD played their worst game of the season against Evadale, and on that very night Evadale played their best game of the season. Played again anywhere in America HD crushes Evadale !!! In the 4 quarter when HD is up 49-0 you will be wondering where your Coach got his info !! You got BEAT son leave the past alone and worry about the cards. ;D ;D ;D

Yeah, I'm pulling for our district because it's OUR DISTRICT, but dang man. Teams prepare differently for each opponent and Evadale prepared in a way for HD like I've never seen. The focus all week at practice, the discipline, the "single goal" of beating hull was so evident that I was really worried about a let down the following week. No way HD beats Evadale this year! What am I saying, they didn't! You've got to beat the best to be the best and that's exactly what the Rebels did this year! Playing WH was not nearly the hype as the HD game. Just the way it is. We'll see ya'll again next year, and we'll be ready...again. I just hope HD gives us more locker room material at the appropriate time. I'm not going to post on this thread again as I know how some like to "sling it" back and forth, I'm moving on. Oh congrats HD. Well said BIGMO ;D ;D
