I agree 100%, Jasper needs some stability thats for sure. The whole new coach thing every 2 to 3 years is beyond old. Lets find a good coach who wants to be here and will build things back up.

Just listened to my notes from the game, and those turnovers killed Kirbyville. All of them resulted in touchdowns for the Mules and missed ones for the Cats. Kirbyville gave that Muleshoe O too many possessions and they made them pay on everyone.

What are you talking about? Walkoviak had been long gone, with coaches in between before Lauve even got here? If anything he rode Brooks system, he was the one that introduced the spread here with Coach Carmichael. Sorry I just read this and it sounds kinda rude, I am not trying to be rude. Just making the point Walkoviak was long gone before Lauve got here. Didn't Quick take over after Walkoviak, followed by Brooks,Lauve and Brooks again? Am I missing someone between Quick and Walkoviak? I think letting Carmichael go was a bed decision by Lauve, we were coming off the State Championship game and I never understood getting rid of the coach that got you 47-points. But we kept the coach who gave up the 49-points. The Spread hasn't looked right since Carmichael left IMO.

Good post wizdiz. There were things being said from the stands from Jasper "fans" that were pretty bad. Right before the half one of Jaspers players got hurt and he stayed on the sidelines. He was berated for what seemed like a good 10-minutes from people claiming to be adults. It was pretty sad actually, I felt bad for the kid. That's all they are people, kids! They are not some pro team they play because they love the game. To be berated for sitting on the bench because there was no cart to ride back to the locker room was a terrible thing to do. He had to endure the horrible things being said to him, because he couldn't walk to the locker room. This was done to one of our own players by people supposedly there to cheer him on. I think the children are the ones sitting in the stands these days for Jasper. Not saying everyone there was doing this but a handful were and it always seem the idiots are the loudest. All the best coaches are in the stands and they all know what they are doing because they play Madden. It's gotten to be pretty bad, I think most of these people come just to yell at the coaches and the players. They sure don't come to actually encourage the kids. Maybe instead of berating the kids and coaches from the stands you might want to actually cheer them on and maybe just maybe they will actually think they can play with anyone. But some are just going to tell them not to listen to the coaches or whatever. Big thumbs down to the fans that were doing this, maybe you all should be a positive influence instead of ripping the coaches.

You can not agree with the coaches about how they are running things. I can tell you from being on the sidelines, no coaches were having a good time. Matter of fact it was pretty bad down there. They were not happy, not saying I agree with them but I can tell you no coach was laughing and joking.

Jasper needs to bring back Coach Carmichael, they have not been the same since the last bunch ran him off.

Maybe they will meet up in the gulf and sing Proud Mary while they make landfall.
