1.
There's only 2 teams in 22 3A that are good, Cleveland and Coldspring. Shepherd started out well but has fizzled.  The others are pretty even and any one of those could win against the other on a given night.  Huffman has definitely disappointed it fans this year.
Huffman lost a great group of seniors. The best players on that team are juniors. You can have success with a group like that but to be great you need leadership and skill from your seniors. To say they definetly dissapointed fans, is extreme. Should they do better, maybe, but as stated before they lost a good group of seniors.
2. down year but on average it is hard to count out, Tivy, Canyon, Alamo Heights,Steele,Clemens,Boerne Champion................27-4A.
3. SV lost to Wagner in Week 0, then beat Judson in Week 1. You have SA MacArthur losing in Week 0 too and they won.
4. Go Huffman.........it will be an upset but that is why they play the game..........WOS knows....30-28 played in a college stadium, professional too..........unfortunately all where as a high school player
5. Way to go Huffman..... Take care of business and into the playoffs. Doubles_Gun? Doubles_Gun? TLUDawg- I hope you don't have any kids, but if you do move them my way, that is going to be one big dude. Miss you Man.
6. The Young Talent is coming together at Huffman. The losses show they are young but are coming around. Liberty stands as much chance as the Aggies have of stopping Tech this weekend.
7. Huffman will take care of the district in baseball. I will be surprised if they lose a district game. Coach will have some pre-season competition so there not surprised in the playoffs. Probably needs to add an extra spring break game against a big opponent too. Henk will be good, unless he has gotten a lot stronger I don't know that he can throw 90. He mixes it up well and if trusts his coaches pitch calling he will be as good as he was last year. Hashagen got lots of potential but Cole DeBerry will be the hardest thrower on that team, if he can mix it up will be one of the best. The question mark will be can anyone be the leader that Schmidt, Meadows and Nash were. Henk needs to be the guy. Look for a surprise from the little Lemons kid too, he is scrappy.
8. Liberty fans be careful of Huffman. Talk all you want on here. If the Best Kids on that team play they will win.
9. ETBU, sorry to hear about the delay of the stadium. I know you were a true instrument in helping to push the bond through that community. Mike and the other seniors truly deserved a chance play on it. Hopefully he and others will be able to graduate in it and at the same time leave a mark on Jack Spence like no one else ever has. Best of Luck to the Falcons, Great Staff, Great Kids, and Great Community.
10. I think they fared well in 83, 88, 90, 92, 93, 95, 96, 98, 02, 05, 07 though and fared very well in 83, 88, 92, 93, 95, 02
11. He will be Sophomore this year. What I meant was the two years to follow. (Growing Pains this year) Only thing that hurts him is the district is weak, he won't get a lot of publicity. I do know as Freshman in Baseball he hit 91 on the gun and was asked by the Tampa Rays to stay after a tryout with 5 others. (Will that translate football, don't know?) Though he is a stud at football too.
12. Ask North Shore. Though Judson left 26-5A with the re-alignment. They are still Region 4 though.
13. Lot of good ones out there. Greens got an advantage with Dugat as a sidekick. Huffmans got a young one that should not be mentioned yet, but mark my words. Cole DeBerry will the best in area in the next two years.
14. Huffman will be strong. Have a top tier athlete in TE/LB, question is can that sophomore class make the adjustment from Thursday to the Friday Night Lights. Soph QB has the highest potential of anyone in the district, possibly area. Prediction: Cleveland Huffman Slendora
15. Will be fun to watch. The Bad thing is they will most likely run into a team from the SEC of High School Football in the Semi-Finals. Madison, Roosevelt, Smithson Valley, New Braunfels,
