  1. tvc - are you gonna be able to get in that trip down south this year?
  2. It almost looks like a double main beam on the right side - my son killed one like that last year (I never even thought about it as a drop tine) - nice buck and very unique - where do you hunt?
  3. "Thats mighty bold talk for a one-eyed fat man" - Ned Pepper to Rooster Cogburn - True Grit ;D ;D ;D !
  4. This one will be hard to top - [Hidden Content]
  5. Nope - it was: Smiley - 35 NC - 31 New Caney lead the whole game and with less than 3 minutes left, Smiley completed their only pass of the the night for a long TD.
  6. What a trip, nice pics! What part of Wyoming?
  7. New Caney finally got away from the spread and started running some power football.
  8. "Gundy screwed himself and his football team with his tirade. " I don't think so - he stood up for his player !
  9. Was he the kick returner or the punt returner?
  10. Ah yeah - the mighty Lake Tinkle - thats more of a big pond than a lake - kinda between Nac and Garrison. Who's TD?
  11. FB will be out coached by BH - gonna give it to the Hill.
  12. Livingston has a lineman, #78 that is huge, 6'8" and 310 lbs! These are real numbers - he stands a helment above everybody else on the field.
  13. Always safe to go with a watermelon/red senko on big Sam.
  14. Coach Larry Haynes makes the difference! Hardin will be winners.
  15. For some unknown and crazy reason - New Caney tried to run the spread without a tight end or blocking back - and Lumberton D is just too quick to ever make that type spread O work - if BC runs the spread they better have some QB protection or the Lumberton D will eat them up - I'll take Lumberton in this one.
  16. Yeah, I graduated from SFA in the mid 80's and fished Pinkston alot, but haven't been out there in 5 or 6 years. There are alot of great bass holes up in that area.
  17. If New Caney doesn't get out of the spread O and tighten up formation and start running the ball - this will be a very long year for them.
  18. Congrats to Lumberton (I'm just having a little crow for breakfast over here in NC)- I had heard they were much improved - but I really didn't expect that kind of blow out. Lumberton offense moved the ball well but in I think the big credit goes to the defense that completely shut down NC's O, usually 3 and out. Lumberton is much bigger and quicker than they were last year and played smart football. Hats off to the Lumberton coach for playing classy football - the score could have been worse. I think the Raiders are gonna make some noise this year and surprise alot of folks - good luck to you this year.
