However, the NCAA passed a rule (effective Aug. 1) banning college coaches from scouting combines and camps. Also, under the new rule, colleges will no longer be able to host outside camps or combines. Is this true?

New Caney is moving in from a much tougher district that included BRENHAM, Klien Oak, and Waller. They have quite a few returning starters on both sides including QB Welch. Overall a young team but I think they have a shot.
