If you're talking about our 9 year old team that was me. Thanks. I'm coaching the 10U Blue for GTB Hitters Inc. with alot of the same kids and also some improvements with older kids than we had last year. Was that a shot...I think that was a shot. That hurt.

[Hidden Content] I believe that this is the '93 coaching staff. I graduated in '92 and "Bone" (Coach Harris) was not here yet. He was the assistant baseball coach in '93 but spent time with us on the diamond in '92. In my opinion this is the best coaching staff that LCM has ever had. We sure let some good one's get away. >

We had this issue in Pinto this year (OYBS). We were 2 coaches short, found 1 at tryouts. Instead of turning down 12 kids we had a board member draft for the team without a coach. The VP then called all of the parents of that team and scheduled a practice. He then showed up with the gear bag and basically told them "someone has to coach this team" and left. A couple of dads then stepped up. My point is: There are other ways to handle this than just turning kids away. Man it sounds like yall had a very smart VP. There should be more like him! Yeah....but he got beat the last game of the season!!!! You know I had to do that. "Tom" Dallas got beat???? :o :'( It was classic...wasn't even close. What can I say...he got out coached. :D Kind of like you did in the World Series????????????????? Mine worked...yours didn't...one of the slowest kids steals home and doesn't even have to slide...Genius Yours didn't. I didn't tell him to bunt...you did...smart move.

One gone won't hurt you ;D unless he is the one you need . Seriously I hope yall play a good game at 6 and it doesn't go into extra innings and neither team gets really really tired or runs out of pitching Good luck! TD I know you wll probably will be at the Pinto tourney ,but if you wasnt you would be eating nachos ,fries ,drinking a coke watching me and laughing..You would be enjoying watching Tc/Vidor beat up on one another .Waiting to see who wins ,and watching me stress!! Bring that boy of yours, he is just the right size for that extra Vidor jersey... I'm actually going to try to make it tonight. We have practice at 5:30 but we are just going to hit. I think I have replacements for me on the Pinto field. I'm not sure how he would look in black and gold. However one of our jerseys is gold and it does look pretty good on him . I think you have had enough fun for 1 day. :D With no help from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :'( For the record...last inning CP threw 6 pitches (2 pop-ups and a soft groud ball). Offense scored 3 runs with great at bats....you were not there...that is not a coincidence. ;D ;D

Corey, right back at you. We have always enjoyed playing Vidor and Groves. This topic is one of the reasons my son and I are not playing/coaching all-stars this year. It got pretty ugly last year also. Chad
