For me it was North Shore v Madison in the dome 2001. VY was awesome

Kountze will be tough. Don't know how the district will finish, but if Kountze can keep it going, they will contend.

Keep in mind that the picks are based on the coaches' questionnaire and opinions submitted to the magazine. Each Coach is mailed a packet to fill out in the spring. And yes IMO it is great entertainment.

The perception of an EC - Hardin rivalry is one sided. EC views the Hornets as a nuisance little brother rather than a rival. Hardin craves the recognition the Bucs have earned over the years. EC is the standard for this District for the past several years, all the other teams are working hard trying to improve to be part of that standard. Very Good Point. Kountze and Anahuac will be two tuff teams this coming year.
