1. Congratulations to all, especially Garhett.  He will do well in college and in life.  He has been raised well.
2.
Agree in HS it was one of the Cleveland brothers. However, in college it was Earnest Anderson who was drafted by Detroit.
I graduated in '79 with Ernest, along with Greg Hill who as a DB played in the NFL.  Ernest led the nation in rushing his junior year in college.  The number two rusher in college that year was Hershel Walker.  Unfortunately, Ernest suffered a knee injury his senior year and was never the same.
3. Congratulations to all of the winners.  I watched a lot of great kids play a lot of great football this season.
4. Congratulations to my old high school (class of '79).  I know two of the players, Turley and Sparrow, from little league and they are both great kids.  It is nice to see them, as well as the rest of the team, be successful.
5. I saw a number of LC-M games this year, and Garhett B played well in all of them.  He makes great passes and is a tenacious defender.  He's got my vote.
6.

:) CONGRATS..TOP UTILITY PLAYER - Garhett Bonneaux  LCM  Jr. Cant wait  till select starts so we can see ya play in the Houston area. Your fans in BH! Love ya man!
yup, that's a nice award to win.  the fact that he's not from one of the big two and still won it says a lot about his ability as well.
As great as he is on the field, he's a champion off of it as well. Congratulations G-Man!!!
7. True about Mike Hughes promoting area soccer.  His company used to give soccer balls to every youth in the Orange soccer league for several years.  We still have those balls around the house somewheres!  It was awfully nice for him to do that.  Thanks.
8.
Lemonhead, Are you serious??  LC-M, who finished in 5th place in 4A-38, lost to Lumberton 1-0, beat Vidor twice, beat Livingston, and beat Liberty.  Please resort to facts when making such broad-sweeping statements. Vidor is coming on strong.  But we will see what happens in a few days, won't we??
Great observation Islander.  I suspect that had LC-M played in district 37 they would have made the play-offs.  District 38 was very competitive this year.
9. Great write-up (as usual) Islander.
10. Congratulations to Vidor on their victory. Congratulations also to LCM on their season. Thanks to Islander for his write-ups.
11. Brett Heil is awesome. He comes to play every game, has the physical abilities, and is a smart player. Plus he is a good kid.
12. The Bears have been playing well as a team. Different players are stepping up each game. I hope they do well in the playoffs.
13. It was a good game and both teams played hard. Where's Islander with his story?
14. Could have used a little more COW BELL.
