the hippos are good but giddings should be better this year.

well from talking to coach, giddings seem to be the team they are most concered with. there sophmore quarterback showed tons of talent last year but not even that should not win against a tough d. but like you said the pieces have to fall in the right place and i see that happening.

west orange should be there if no injurys. our d will be really tough. we were good last year but this year we should be great. just from what i have seen during the 7 on 7 we really have a strong chance. either way i cant wait to find out.

high school football hands down( texas of course). I have attended several hs football games in several other states and let me tell you watching quiltmaking would be just as fun. the worst state for hs football would have to be missouri. high school football makes you feel so much more involved. just the fact that you probably actually know some of the players personally gives you a sense of pride and involment. dont worry coop you were my second choice since i almost get the same sense of pride of personally knowing you.

the coldest game i can remember attending was 2000 playoff game in pasadena against friendswood. dam wind was really cold that day. still have chills from that one. man that was miserable but a great game.
