we were just coming back from hurricane and were off 3 weeks. not to make excuses but when your cold your cold.

WOS went to the semi finals against Wimberley 2005. your best showing was last year when you got knocked out in the 3rd round against china springs. but hey you keep telling yourself how much better than WOS kville is your bound to start believing it seeing how kville has yet to beat WOS.

Well you may want to read my post again as i said kvilles offense seems to be their strongest factor. That in no way did i mean their defense was weak. Kville would not be ranked #1 if they had a weak defense. My point is that Kville will run into better teams that can score and that might be the difference in games to come. However i do think kville is poised to take it all as they are a well rounded team. They may not be able to beat wos but they would not get blown out which means all of 2a should look out for kville.

i think if the hurricane had not hit wos would have made a better showing against silsbee. that aside wos defense would have kept kville behind so they would not have won. If they were to play today wos wins by at least 2 tds. As for who exits the playoffs first remains to be seen. Going by how well the defense for wos is playing i would have to say they have the potential to go all the way. As for kville there offense seems to be their biggest factor and as history shows defense wins championships. So in my not so expert opinion and its just an opinion i have to go with wos lasting longer in the playoffs. Good luck to both teams as they both go for the golden ring.

Wow you have got to be kidding me. No way HJ stays anywhere close to WOS as their defense is very stingy this year. But i have to admire HJ enthusiasm. Unfortunately HJ will find out just like the last two teams that they will be very much out match by a state bound Mustang team. 48 WOS 7 HJ

WOS had a good game and BC played tough the whole night despite the fact that they were very out matched. WOS however did not try to run up the score as they took out Hipo in the 3rd quarter and moved players around and gave other non starters a chance to get their feet wet. As for the punt it was not intended as a fake, was a bad snap and Haynes instinct took over when he realized he could not get the punt off and he decided to run instead. Great effort on his part. WOS has a very talented team and when everything starts to come together they have a good chance to take it all. Defensively WOS is already showing very good progress and the offense still has some work to do but are coming around. Play calling still needs some work but oh well that's just how it is. Congrats to the Mustangs.

WOS by at least 4 touchdowns. I'm all for supporting your team but at the same time you have to be somewhat realistic. At best BC could possibly make a score but it will only be one at best. You cant bring a pony to a Thoroughbred race and expect to win. even if WOS offense didn't show up you would lose to WOS defense. I believe HF is better than BC and look what happend to them. As WOS gets better from week to week no one in this district will stand a chance. As for Silsbee they seem to play WOS well each year. Now if they could do that against the rest of the teams they play they might be better. I really wish BC could bring more to the table to make it competitive but just not going happen. WOS has a better team this year and BC has a worst team this year and you saw what happend last year. Good luck to BC as you need all you can get and hope for an injury free game.

WOS offense wakes up this week. scores 48 on HF. WOS defense really good only allows 7 if HFgets a big play. But its friday night football and any team can win. HF please dont take my prediction as a dis you are just out matched against WOS this week, but you do stand a chance at a playoff spot so hang in there.

congrats mustangs. you could have given up but you kept in it. This game could have gone either way tonight. my hats off to the silsbee tiger for they gave WOS a run for there money. WOS offense was really off tonight and the tigers took advantage of it. Great game for the crowd as it was defensively exciting. Again good game.

i would believe WOS would have a good chance to beat the brook. They are no bigger man for man and WOS has many more weapons. I do believe the brook would eventually ware down WOS team as the shear number of players would be in the brooks favor. Would be fun to see though. WOS 35 WB 24

Well all i know is talk is cheap. action is where its at. i love to here kville talk smack it makes the win that much sweeter. i still don't see how they can talk so much when they never beat us. oh well let them talk as talk is all they got. ;D

Just another tidbit six out of the seven touchdowns last night were scored by different players. We are not one dimensional and can hurt you in many ways.

look here folks, WOS has yet to hit its stride. Still making too many mistakes. But even with so much room to improve we are still too much for kville. This game will not be close as WOS only gets better each week. Kville will not be able to score at will against the stangs and unfortunately they will learn this the hard way as they do each year. "Kville don't believe your ranking when you face the stangs" as you will be out played, out coached and just plain out matched. Don't get me wrong you guys are a great team one of the best in the area just not good enough against a very good mustang team. Just take this loss as a learning experience and good luck in your bid for a state championship (which i believe you could possibly win).

im taking a letter to the lcm admin office. maybe others can do the same. phone calls arent getting through so i have sent e-mails and written letters of concern to the administrators. maybe if there are enough of us making an effort we can get a good response.

i have contacted several news stations that would like to do a story on this situation but they would like to have some parents to interview and voice there concerns one way or the other. if you are a parent and are interested in publicly voicing your concerns PM me and we will make this happen.
