I've been to HJ vs WOS game for 6 years in a row.  First time I can ever remember the Hawks standing toe to toe and battling it out with WOS.  Both sides left everthing they had on the field.  Some quirky calls both ways and both teams missed opportunities.  I bet if you ask players from either side, they tell you it was dog fight last night.  Congrats to the stangs, Hawks keep your head up.

Seriously....What is the UIL rule? I heard some venues check for "noise makers" when you enter. Are the "rules" different for inside vs outside? inquiring minds want to know.

I'm calling on the proud tradition and heritage of the Hawk Hecklers to get a head start on the BBall season by coming out and supporting the Lady Hawk Volleyball team. Tues nite the Lady Hawks rallied from two games down to beat Vidor 3-2. When the crowd started rockin, the girls started to believe. It got so loud, the official tried to quiet the crowd?!?!? I think I even saw SETXSlam gettin on the refs. Let's show em what loud is. Heck, they only have one side of the bleachers pulled out. Hecklers, come find your "Spot" in the new gym.

Tues. night the HJ V-Ball girls rallied from two games down to beat Vidor 3-2! The New Hawks Gym was rocking! When the crowd got started you could see the girls pick it up and start to believe. HAWK HECKLERS that were there: Way to go! Now here's what you need to do: Get the word out to the other 90% that they are missing a great chance to support their fellow Hawks. It was so loud that the official tried to quiet the crowd a few times!?!? They think Tues was loud. LET'S SHOW EM WHAT LOUD REALLY IS IN HAWK'S GYM!

HJ #57 Roby and Cleveland Cedric Reed #88 battled all night! Fun to watch two big men get in after it.

I think HJ will surprise some folks. Girls coming up been workin on more than just BBall!

I'm just glad Hudson not gonna bring their Homer refs with them!

Not only is Red a great football talent, but he is a young man with character. He has overcome some struggles with learning disabilities and worked to get his degree from A&M. He has been a role model for young athletes and shown that difficulties can be overcome. We will be following his NFL career very soon! ;D
