Believe me i know how the system works. I was trying to direct those involved to the right people to change it. 1 Coach in Nederland is not going to changed the running clock, all the coaches at the Junior High level in the District have to agree on it. Like Strongend said, lets find a solution and quit complaining. You can be the person who gets it changed.

Maybe they could play the 7th graders in the morning at butcrack dawn.  ;D The problem is limited time limited coaches, you have 4 coaches working with 3 teams now because of 7th grade football. No additional coaches were added when the 7th grade program began. You have 9th grade A & B teams and J.V. play on Thursday night. If you have a complaint direct it to the proper authorities, not the Coaches, they are only working 12 to 15 hour days. Maybe someone will change the system, but the B team running clock has been in place for a long time, i too have made the drives that were longer than the games. I feel your pain, i wish they would have the games equal, start working on it with all the A.D.'s in the District. Thats were you will have to start.

I'm assumming we scored 21 points in the 4th quarter out of the ( Hurry Up or 2 Minute Spread Offense )?

Congrads to Price and the Jacobs family. Another Sundevil playing baseball at the next level. I guess that U of H game was worth it, got another one signed. Way to go Chip, Matt, Jimmy and J.R.

Awesome. Austin is going to be a major force on the mound next year for the tribe, congrats to Austin and the Stone family. Several Schools were looking at him, Baylor gets a good one.

And back to the topic, J-Bird will be missed. I would not want to get in trouble at any School he is an adminstrator of, can you imagine a 3rd grader running foul poles. ;D

Coaches have to turn a player in including his High School stats for his career. Then a selection committee reviews the stats and pick the allstar teams. Not saying that his coach did or did not do this but that is how it works. Some of the stats turn in are quite high. Good players in weak districts sometimes have higher numbers than a great player in a tuff district. Not exactly fair, but.

Thats funny. How about Bobby Cox? Mark Brevell is the man for the job.
