I think its because they aren't a lot of refs to choose from. No one really wants to be a ref they are wrong every call they make. At Orangefield the other night the foul count was not even close to even, but Silsbee was fouling a lot and I swear the Orangefield people around me talked about how horrible the refs were the whole game with the foul count as off as it was. People they aren't going to call everything. Its part of the game, a good team can over come it. Believe me I get ticked when they are inconsistent, for either team. But I think most of the ones Orangefield has had were pretty decent. The girls on the other hand in Silsbee they were HORRIBLE. They weren't only not calling fouls they were calling the fouls on girls on the other team, then changing it to the right team, but the wrong player. Those two were bad.

So now what is everyone thinking?

I think it will be Orangefield on top, but a close one.

Who is Memorial beating to keep them up there? I don't have a clue I haven't heard about them this year. They might be deserving I just don't know what they are doing this year.

Good job Central! I think if they were to play HJ again now it would be a better game than last time. Anyway, congrats to all the teams.

Bad lose. We looked dead, we couldn't get over the hump, but KK Little and Olivia Wagner were named All Tournament. Good job ladies.

Correction, Wagner had 12 rebounds.

Little had 28 Olivia Wagner had a double double 10 rebounds 10 pts. Another game were almost everyone scored. Good job girls.

Thank you Bleed. I'm tried of hearing about last year. Its over and this team now could be just as good if not better. That game just showed how underrated everyone thought of these girls. They are out to prove something and they started that Tuesday night with a win over a state ranked team! Keep it up ladies!

That makes for a bad final in the tournament. Having two teams that good playing each other that soon in the bracket wasn't good planning. Good luck to all the teams.

I didn't think we adjusted much at half time, we just wore them out. We adjusted completly on the offense and it worked great. Great job ladies!

Wow! We did great, still a few mistakes, but we did great! KK Little is awesome she is a leader and she is just flat out awesome. I am so proud if these girls. Congrats ladies!

And when did fouling become a habit?

No one should out rebound us. We need to BLOCK OUT, and not just look at the ball as its shot.

How could she utilize her more? She played the front row and served. I'm sure if she was more consistent with her spikes she would have got set more, but when you have someone like Laura Riddick on the front row theres no question on who to set it to.

Ancelot was a good coach, but she came into a group of girls who have been playing together since they were 9 and 10 maybe younger they played Little Dribblers and AAU for years. I'd say it was a huge part of why they were so good.
