To add to that PN-G just graduated its most successful athletics class in our entire history dating back 92 years. Our sports teams won more district championships and playoff wins than any other in our history. Not 100% but believe it to be 8 district championships. Cannot remember the number of playoff wins but it was a very large number. This capped off by the baseball SC and number 12 national ranking as well as #1 baseball team in Texas. The most important stat of all ( I know you will appreciate this Grad) The largest amount of scholarships ever given at PNG 4.8 million dollars this year. The 2017 class if PNG is the most successful ever.

The Indians will finish the year as the #12 ranked team in America by CBS Max Preps. After defeating #13 Frisco Wakeland and # 23 Deer Park and the new 6a State Champions the Indians were moved into the #12 slot today. What an honor for our school.

My Indians won our first SC for our school since 1981 (volleyball) and first ever baseball SC. Hats off to our kids on a history-making season. NOW LETS BRING ON THE BOYS OF FALL

He is a long-time head baseball coach. He has over 500 wins and now owns 3 state championships. He does, however, work as an assistant football coach in the baseball offseason..

To the staff of setxsports I say a heartfelt thank you for stepping in and giving us a broadcast of our beloved Indians when no one else did. You guys went above and beyond to make sure that many people who would not had a opportunity to listen to the game. I know people in Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, and Ireland who listened thanks to you. To all of SETXSPORTS coverage area. Thanks to you all for the support. Its been refreshing. I see how the Mighty Mustangs and Tigers felt with all the love. Folks there will be a celebration at 9:30 tonight at the PNG highschool. They are asking anyone whether an Indian or not to attend. All of SETX is welcome. If you are interested be there at 930 tonight. The boys bus is expected at that time

The news said this is PNG's first championship since 1981 in any sport. What sport won in 1981?

Really got a sense of that with the Mustangs going to state 3 years in a row. Everyone in SETX was behind them and supported them and the WOS community. I loved hearing people talking about WOS everywere we went no matter what community we were in. Hats off to SETXSPORTS coverage area and thank each of you for your support.
