  1. Glad you coud make it J-dog, I got tired of talking to Mr We, he always over looking our lil dogs, we are focus on Chapel Hill and he got Silsbee winning state already. Good luck Silsbee and Jasper. Focusing on one game at a time and taking care of business is the way to advance. I am kind of glad to be getting a shot at Chapel Hill to see if we can do in basketball that which we did not do in football. I understand we will be getting another look at that big running back. Ooh yes sir we will, I just hope AggiesAreWe, do not show up, he is bad luck for the Jasper bulldogs ;D

  3. no stats, but Jasper scored many more points from downtown than did Hudson. Believe me, if you wasn't interested you would not be following my lil dogs, so stick to the computer and headset, let Spikes and Bailey play in 18-3a Not enough obviously. Watch your tone MR. We, your feelings might get hurt again , we do not want this post to get deleted, Jasper will be ok. We??? You mean you don't want this post to get deleted. Jasper messed up by not winning this game. Now they are in the Tiger's side of the bracket. The Dawgs are doomed. ;D WE???? YES U, Jasper will be fine, you just pack your little head set and computer to Lufkin Tuesday night to watch your favorite two players Spikes and BAILEY, I know how much you love these two kids. ;D ;D Are you suggesting I come broadcast their final basketball game Tuesday night? I think I'll broadcast a real team Tuesday night, Hardin-Jefferson.

  6. Probally to the Hudson-Jasper.....I was hoping for an AC drive....lol LOL ;D
  7. Part three, these teams will battle for 1st place, lets go Jasper
  8. I picked my dogs to go 11-3, but they are 12-2 , Bailey and Spikes had a great game, they played the 6-8 center from the roughriders like he was 5-6. Spikes had about 20 assists, and 20 points, Bailey had about 25 points and great defense. These two guards where all over the floor, Center did not have a clue on what hit them. Jasper offense attack the 6-8 guy, and the defense attacked him also, great game for the Seniors on Senior night. Lets go dogs Hi AGGIESAREWE
  9. I love it that AggiesAreWe eat crow, yes to be a announcer he really do complain alot about 15-18 year old kids, but also did yall know that AggiesAreWe, or as we call him on EastexSports Mr. WE, is also a Bailey and Spikes hater. Silsbee will be fine and also HJ, you can't win them all.
  10. I agree. Silsbee should win. But not by double digit margins. Comparing Jasper scores is meaningless. Jasper has improved tremendously since they played Silsbee. Jasper has improved tremendously even since they played Hudson the first time at Hudson. Consider: first game Jasper lost 48-68, second game won 69-68. And yes, #23 is the real deal. Last night if he had not been so good and forced Bailey to the outside, Bailey might have gone in for two and only tied the game instead of lofting a three over 23's head. What a shot, with 23 right on him, Bailey faded away, put a high arch on the ball, and swished it in. j-dog you got to understand, this sight is built around Silsbee and Hardin Jefferson, these guys only care about those teams, I respect Silsbee and Hardin Jefferson, and the only person I ever heard give Spikes and BAILEY the respect was Silsbee coach and HARDIN Jefferson coach, but I am giving Robinson, byars and the Silbee team respect, just like I give HJ and its players respect. Keep up the good work Spikes and Bailey, believe me they remember yall from last year, they just forgot, because yall are in the 18-3A race now not 21-3A.
  11. Come on guys and gals its the second round teams are totally different in chemistry, and besides I will go with Silsbee over hudson, but Silsbee will not win by no doube digits. Number 23 from Hudson is the real deal.
  12. I will go with Silsbee for the respect of Robinson and Brady Byars and Jasper Spikes and Bailey
  13. Oh yes, I was there Hudson came into the game strong high flying dunks, and the 4th quarter, Jasper guards Spikes and Bailey was on fire, the coach from hudson did not have a answer for Spikes, he was all over the court, hitting threes from way down town, and when he try to contain him he would kill them off the dribble and lay it in. Bailey had the hot hands in the 1st half and Spikes the second. Bailey hit a three with 5 seconds left, to seal the deal. Great game.
  14. You are right this is a good district and its gonna come down who can win on the road.
  15. ILL Take Jasper over Hudson Jasper@Hudson Jasper Spikes and BAILEY WILL SHINE Central@Carthage carthage Huntington@Rusk Huntington Diboll@Center Center
  16. WOW! WB must be really good to make 10 3's in only 6 attempts........one would think that might almost be impossible :D :D
  17. Jasper was up by 18 in the fourth, Jasper coach took starters out and Carthage made a run
  18. EastexSports 2008 Class 3A-5A All-EastexSports.com Football Team Written by Jereme Hubbard Friday, 02 January 2009 Superlatives and Player Recognition Once again, EastexSports.com is proud to release their All-EastexSports.com Football Team. Nominations for the teams and awards were submitted by members in the forum as well e-mail messages from coaches, media members, fans and players. We have included at least one player from each school in the EastexSports.com coverage area, and do so because we know that each school puts an extreme amount of effort into the season and all teams deserve at least a small amount of recognition. We know that no team is PERFECT, but we have put a solid amount of time in the creation of the following awards. Hopefully as more seasons come and go we will have the resources to recognize more players as well as uncover some of the hidden gems we may have missed. 19. I am afraid Jasper doesn't make it to the playoffs. Lufkin Hudson, Center, and Carthage will be the representatives from this district. Aggies, have you seen Carthage play this year? No, I have not seen Carthage play. I do have some contacts who have seen them play and they tell me they are pretty good. The top teams in this district is Hudson and Center. After that, it will come down to Carthage, Jasper, and Rusk for that last playoff spot. Based on what I have seen from Jasper and what people tell me of Carthage, I am going with Carthage as the 3rd place team. we will know tomorrow, but Bailey and Spikes will be on the floor together since spikes was out 6 weeks with a broken thumb and believe me, Carthage better try to contain them, or it will be a long night from behind the 3 arch.
  20. I know Gulley from Central got all-tournament And Spikes from Jasper got All-Tournament unknown who else. Good Job Fellows, Spikes, Coop forgot about you on that List, but keep up the good work. Ok. Thank you. Sounds like spikes had a real good tournament You welcome if you find out the other players please post I would like to know Thanks
