I said this at the beginning but no body wanted to listen to me back then. But I guess its I can show you better than I can tell you in this day an age. See it's not about starting, it's about sustainability and people are starting to figure out what's the use starting if we were pretty sure if were not even going to get close to finishing. People are going to be upset Ethier way but you cant think about this as a individual and what's in for me attitude because at the end of the day we gotta what's right as a whole. Now from a safety stands which means take preventable measures which is what the ivy league is doing better safe than sorry. No one is knocking is that at all because August is only a couple a weeks away so I'm pretty sure they will not drop dramatically by then. Now uil is planning on starting the season on time with the players wearing mask underneath their which is a very bad Idea. It hard too work in those mask outside in the heat and I've been doing it since April everyday 12 hours a day. Everybody from the ages from 21 to 30 was struggling and quit but for those of us that have Bill's fought through it but it's still hard. So playing full speed for 3 plus hours is going to be brutal. I believe a clear visor that covers all the bars on the face mask should do the trick. We switched the face shield in the field and it still hot with a face shield down but it's alot easier to breathe and nobody has quit since the switch. Tell the uil to suit up in full pads and run around mask for 3 hours and then make decision on which is better.

I know a high school in Massachusetts canceled a couple weeks back as well but they did that they were willing to let the seniors play elsewhere if they found a team

I here you, and over in Louisiana a player was just hospitalized for covid, prayers out to the young man for a speedy recovery. So the mayor's in different cities of are pushing for governor Abbott to force another lockdown, where would that leave us?

I did tell the truth I never said all 215 schools had positive test I said they shutdown because of covid which is the truth. The nfl has advised individual workouts and I don't know of any colleges that are working out. But the south Carolina governor is on the verge of canceling college and high school football in his state if the numbers keep raising but I think he she considered spring football before doing that. Folks I'm 99.9 percent sure as are some of you out it's not going to be a full season for any level if the wanna play in the fall. 5 to 7 games not counting the playoffs will be the max. Now I speaking on high school football I don't know about the other 2 levels but pretty sure they wont have a full schedule Ethier. I feel bad for the players and parents of those players. But now it's about not getting sued and making fans sign waivers because it going be some blaming the schools nfl etc if they get sick or the kids get sick all of that is coming in to play now since the numbers keep raising. So the high school sports association nfl and the NCAA are going to take their time and cover there butts. If a person can sue their on moma for slamming their hand in her door and win people will fine ways to get money out of this.

Ethier way nobody is practicing and time is being lost, so u can look at it anyway you want nothing is shaking.

NFL has canceled the entire preseason and thinking about canceling the first few games. Other states are really trying to move forward doing football in the spring. Uil will continue to drag thier until it's too late .

Yes they did I'm not making this up now some did shutdown down because of the spike and some had positive players and coaches, but and the end of the day they shutdown because of the covid.

So there some states that are thinking about the flip flop ohio Illinois Indiana and the Michigan governor has already asking the mhsaa to really consider play football in the spring. State of Tennessee is delaying there high school football season but not that far.

Michigan ohio and Illinois states are thinking about it for the high schools to do it in the spring. Michigan governor is really in board with it shes already asking the mhsaa to consider it. This is not a bad idea, better than sitting here waiting til the last minute.
