no doubt.. the guards on jasper were very quick. they werent big guards. but they were fast and played big.. those smaller guards were jumping just as high as the big boys. good win for the lions

Kountze over buna 89-24

They played buna and won big. a margin of 65. started the game on a 18-0 run in the first 3 minutes and then we put some subs in to finish the quarter. the final score was 89-24

im really sure how you can say #19 wasnt that impressive.. he was definitly a beast. and yes he can be stopped. but so can everyone if somebody puts their mind to it. he is athletic and will probably do pretty well in college. Congratulations on your wonderful season LUMBERTON. Great year by a great bunch of guys.. sorry it had to end with a loss for yall.

the big guy from St. Pius is going to play basketball at Pittsburg next year. and your basing this off what? who we have beaten and lost to?? in that case, EC lost to a silsbee by 10+ and Kountze happens to have beaten Silsbee. and that means absolutley nothing. you cant pick who wins district and base it off wins and losses. Kountze has played a pretty tough preseason and that will help them down the road.

EC will compete next year, noone is saying they wont. but they without a doubt wont have the same caliber of a ball club as they have in the past couple years. No way that there will be a player as good as Tramain at QB. and there is certainly not a way you can have someone play like trammel and trevino. they will be decent.. but i doubt they will contend for DC.
