It seems to me that the new scoreboard has overpowered our fans @ the home games. I like the SB but I don't want it to take place of our fan noise.

People that have any sense of reasoning know this. The others that don't I wouldn't worry about just use it for motiation.

I really don't see Vidor winning this game because they are not going to change their offensive system in mid season. Someone over in Vidor is dead set on the wing T offense but it will not work because they have no element of surprise and they don't have the personnel to run over people. Their 5'9" QB can not throw out of the pocket even if there were a pocket. This was the worst that I have seen Vidor in years. I don't think that it is lack of talent ! I think the conservative play calling and the miss positioning of players will be their downfall this year. I watched them play Livingston during Neds off week and I seriously thought they were afraid to show too much in front off Ned's scouts but that wasn't the case . They have a very limited playbook and they also have a sub par secondary. I have seen more in depth playbooks @ the junior football games in MC. * This is not an attempt to degrade the Vidor players . I thought they had potential but no chance to win because of their Offensive scheme. I honestly think your OC is trying to lose. Lumberton is going to have a field day in this game!! With a record of 12-0-1 the 64 Pirates did well. That had to suck to lose to San Marcos by penetrations 5-4. I didn't like that whole penetration thing. Now I no why your user name is revenge of 64. Wouldn't that count as a loss though( 12-1). You didn't play Ned that year.

Is it true that ex Vidor 0-10 teams from the years 1940, 43, 48, 52, 62, 65, 71, 72, 73, 74, 87, 90, 93 and 95 will be attending this Fridays game to give a pre game pep talk to get the boys going? :'( 1-9 will be just fine!

@ the Vidor luncheon we will all be graced with the Pirates teams of 1940, 43, 48, 52, 62, 65, 71,72, 73, 74, 87, 90, 93, and 95 . All teams mentioned went 0-10. If only Vidor wouldn't have beat Jones this year they too could also join this great list of Vidor tradition.

They will be having a free all you can eat crow buffet in Vidor. It starts @10:00 P.M. Friday night and will last for one year. It will be held on hwy 105 in Vidor . Bring your own china and silverware. Everyone is invited and we will be having a special guest to mc the event "PATITAN". Lumberton fans you are more than welcome there will be plenty of crow to go around.

They have 2 quick receivers one runs a 4.31 and the other runs a 4.29. Thats pretty fast !!!! They also have a few slower guys. Its nothing to right home about but they have a few 4.4's .

Our QB (Kirby Bellows)is young and will come around. Vidors QB (Roman Franklin) is actually pretty good but they refuse to through the ball over there.I look for bellows to have a breakthrough performance Friday. Go Dogs!!!
