EC must need to improve on offense and defense since HF beat them. EC would lose to Buna.

Buna played a good game. Out coached HF on the fake punt. Perfect time to call it. Up on the scoreboard and inside the 50. Alex Connell played a good game for Buna at QB

Offense didn't work either. 3 turnovers and 2 3 and out possessions. Give the ball to 24 more than 10 times and that will help. Offense turned the ball over twice inside the 20. They need to score points there.

I saw Central practicing at HF this morning and heard Ozen also was practicing there. At least they are getting some practice time in. They are not too far from where the helicopters are loading hay to drop for cattle.

HF wins against Sabine Pass and the refs. Devren Clark scored 30 and 26 in the final two games. Again no D1 players in the gym unless you are talking about him. Best player in the tourney by far. HF with 3 sophomores and 3 freshman is starting to play a little better as a team and the 3 senior starters are leading them and making them better

Devren Clark was the best player on the court hands down over anyone else getting recruited

I hope he does great this year. He has overcome a lot of adversity in the last few years and I know he loves basketball. Would love to see HJ have a long playoff run so he can experience it.

How did the move in from HF look? 6'5 senior who can handle the ball a little bit. He is a good kid and is always in the gym.
