Yeah Nederland only having 1 team is only a problem if the talent level is high that year. It's ridiculous!

PW is wide open in my opinion. PA is always one of the favorites....mainly because they have 1 team when all the other big schools have 2-3 teams. It would make it a lot easier if we could use a Ned All-star team or play select ball as well.

Seems like STJFL is so focused on trying to hammer Nederland for alleged violations that they dont have time to punish actual violations of rules and sportsmanship. Its sad really. #itssupposedtobeaboutthekids

PTA vs BMT should be a good game

Anyone know the score from the PeeWee BMT-B vs PNG-W game?

I thought you said just the other day that the 2 Lumberton Junior teams are evenly matched and fair. A 4td difference isnt very even.

Also I think its funny how everyone wants to give Nederland a bad rap for "stacking" teams. We have the best two evenly matched teams in the PeeWee division and all divisions for that matter. Every other league you have one dominate team and then a team or teams with the leftovers. Anyone can deny it but look at the final season records and it will reflect this. If we made 1 team we would be in the Superbowl every year, probably winning it.

My logic was based off watching them both play all year. I didnt say it was going to be a blowout. I knew it would be close. It was a good game. Yes you were right in the end. It was a 7-6 game with less then 1 min to go and white stripped the ball and took it to the house only to be called back after refs determined that foward progress had stopped so I was very close to being right. Also Blacks first Td, a flag was thrown for holding and they allowed the Td and marked the penalty on the kickoff which is not how thats supposed to work. Lol. All in all a good close game. Was a toss up. Overall I think it will be BMT-B vs Port Arthur in the Superbowl. Both too athletic for Ned and PNG to handle

No, I have just watched both teams play all year. The White team has the better overall record also. White team is 6-2. Black team is 5-3. Just giving my prediction lol. You dont have to agree.

Nederland #1 Kids got robbed for adults trying to live through their kids. There was no wrong doing on Nederlands part. There was no contact between Ned Sr coaches and the board. Also no NYFA board members have any affiliation with anyone on the Sr team whatsoever. Makes no sense that they would stack the Sr team. They decided they had to make an example out of us with no evidence. Port Arthur has 1 team in every division, yet is 4 times the size of Nederland. Port Neches Sr team last year won the superbowl because they had 1 "stacked" team. Such BS. Lets the kids play. Anything they can do to get the competition out of the way is what they are doing. OF rep is a joke.
