People, its not him, your school board representative decided he is worth every penny of his salary and raises. The board has had 15 years to do something about it if they wanted to and the voting public has had many opportunities to vote the board out. You are worth whatever someone is willing to pay. For 15 years the majority has spoken.

Wait until you see whose playing QB for West Brook next year. ;D

Assistants always scare me but who knows..I'm sure every single great head coach out there was an assistant at one point.  I do tend to agree that our job apparently is much less attractive than it used to be back when we hired Newell.  We just need to step up and pay somebody. It should be a nice increase in salary for Cross and we can save on relocation expenses. We need to get this one right.
