  1. Yes, that was the final score 24-7. The doo doo it what your shoveling no balls!! This was a good game and we had our chances, I believe the linejudge missed the Touchdown from the one yardline on 2nd down, that would've made it 21-14, still we should've converted and unfortunately didn't execute. The boys fought till the end, but lapses cost us. Going into the season we had alot of questions and some predicted a falloff, well I think they did what they could. Every group of Seniors hates to see it end, this group struggled with covid and losing Coaches(R.I.P.), but they will persevere and the lessons learned on the field will help prepare them for Life. GO EAGLES!!! OUT
  2. Good first half. Field conditions will be a factor in secon half, already a few slips.
  3. Does it play slick or grippy, corked vs. black pellets respond differently, Guess I should have been more specific.
  4. How does Lumberton's field play with rain?
  5. Happened while shaking hands. Don't know how or why, but even WW parents on field instigating. Was chaos and embarrassing, hate to say but completely out of control as far as discipline. Should have just celebrated on sideline.
  6. Silly try of onside kick. Size adjustment on DL helping, but giving up way to much up the gut.
  7. !!:63/0/4. Start of 4th running clock second half.
  8. We have to clean everything up, definitely not playing like we did to start the season. If we play better second half we cannot overcome the early mistakes.
  9. Walsh done for Season, Surgery Tuesday. Bolden no longer on team, again, who knows. Bart getting looked at in the morning BMT B J, hoping just a strain, missed this week to rest - knee.
  10. Power football is not in vocabulary, I guess. But also you move 3year starter at center to tackle changes things.
  11. Thanks for doing this, Seems you have a good pulse of where teams are and follow all closely. I have to admit that We have played both Newton and Franklin better than most expected, myself included. I still worry about our size and depth, but the team has played well to this point coming up short one play in both games. This is my sons last year, I look forward to enjoying the rest of the season. As always I Pray each Team/Players have an injury free season and Hold their Heads High in the effort they have given this season, Win, Lose or Draw. Good Luck to All!! Play on!!
