Atlanta bolstered its lineup in a big way on Monday, trading for Texas first baseman Mark Teixeira, along with reliever Ron Mahay. Heading to the Rangers are Jarrod Saltalamacchia, prospects Elvis Andrus and Neftali Feliz and a player to be named later. Probably the best thing to happen to Teixeria in his career. I know the rangers are a hometown team (ish), but they weren't going anywhere being 16 games out!!
