Let the Hater's hate ! A coach Knows his players and the pulse of his Team at the moment . If he feels a one game series is best for his Team that's what he is going to do. My understanding Malakoff has two pitchers , now pick one to pitch . If you only have one pitcher and rain has moved you back to back days and it's at the end of a long season with about 30 game behind you . A one game series is pretty smart ! GO EAGLES ! GO SHELBY MIXON !!

Why not ? Momentum , pitcher fatigue ! Our pitcher looked a lot better than theirs late in the game . Shelby has pitched 3 in a day at tournaments , she is good to go !

For you two guys who want to call a MAN a whiner . Please , I never saw a whine . I saw a man go out and tell the umpire what he knew to be true . Sure seems like a few of those calls he disputed have went his way . He is standing up for kids who have spent years preparing and parents have taken those kids all a cross this country to play ball . If you feel that strongly about your feelings . Go up to Coach Mixon and tell him before the game . He is a big boy and can handle criticism. I'm sure when the game is over y'all can make arrangements to talk about it like MEN !

They gave us all we could handle ,a very athletic team . It's a shame these two team had to meet so soon. Class act , See you next year !

I talked to several boys at the softball game and they were positive about their new Coach. Listening to them talk most would not play if the previous coach returned . New coach only has daughters . No son to put above rest of team.

Come to School and tell the Pricipal what his official Title is . He is the one who introduced him to the staff as Boys AthletIc Coordinator !

Hmmmmm, School just bought property coming into school with about a 350k house on it. If bond passes they got property. Until then, Hello ??

Sounds great , just moves often and we don't want that. Our kids need the same coaches from junior high through high school !

The years keep rolling by and we keep starting over . We need to think about our kids, continuity would go a long away . The School Board in Woodville is not involved. They just approve or disapprove the recommendation of the Supt. I hope they don't didn't hire a job hopper like the last one. If it's the 2a guy currently in south tx mentioned earlier in this post maybe a good Coach but he doesn't stay anywhere long . We need discipline, someone who genuinely cares for our kids and wants to be apart of our community. When you come her and never buy a house it's a dead give away !

I third the Nelson , for AD HD FB. A guy has to get his first Head Job somewhere and it's not this has been a power house. The kids respect him more than anyone who was in the program . The new guy better be a butt kicker hit ground running . He has a system to put in ,not many coaches to do it with and not much time to do it in . If he doesn't make a good impression on these kids now, he won't have many in the fall .

It's hard to rest when the clock is ticking . There is only 30 days of School left for a new Coach to come teach a system to Coaches and kids. On top of that there are not many Coaches left to help him .

I hope for our kids sake we can get a proven Coach who wants to build a long term quality program. These kids have been through 3 Coaches in 4 years. Come on Admin,bring us a real Football Coach ! This late in the game there are not a lot of guys with Coach Mackey's experience out there.
