Ok Aledo that Isa fair statement. But don't underestimate a team that is peaking at the right time...You know there is ALWAYS a Cinderella story in Texas High School Football Playoffs! This PNG team has had to believe in each other since day 1. Nobody else gave them a fighting chance to even get out of the toughest district in 5A Football. We will see next Friday!!

Well...after a full week to look at all angles. I am going with strength of schedule between these two. PNG has played in a Gauntlet of a District and all 4 are still standing. I think there is a good chance all 4 are still standing after this week! Going with my Indians who are peaking at the right time on both sides of the ball! Indians on top and move on!! Good luck to Crosby, BH and Texas City

Actually, just checked and it was the 7th place team that hung 45 on them.

Don't forget their Defense has to stop our Offense as well... Seems they have a hard time doing so and we are no 5th place team in District that just put up 45 on them.

Not at all. Stating Facts. Pretty sure all of BH's starters were in when Koby Trahan ran for a 99 yard TD. Don't even try to take away from the year this kid has had. Broke 2 All Time Records at PNG. One for that run another for 365 yards against KP. That was another record broken at PNG which has stood for 50 years.

One last point... might want to check who the District Rushing Leader is when talking about the RB Position...Also earned!!

Actually, the only teams to score in the 40's was Crosby and TC. Also, might want to check their Offensive Points Per Game! Nobody in District but Crosby stopped this offense. Football is about who scores more than the other team if you didn't know. So bang on their defense all you want, however 3rd Seed Earned. Have to win the games you are supposed to and Ned did not do so at KP. KP is a better team than most people give them credit for. Good luck to all on the playoffs representing our district.

Not even close to true.... This entire PNG team has been underestimated from Day 1 when picked to finish 5th. Gave up 24 pts to Nederland Defensively, loss due to 2 Defensive TDs. Beat Barbers Hill Handily and scored 48 in doing so! Scored 42 on Texas City where Nederland and Barbers Hill scored a combine 9 pts against them. Only and Only Crosby was too much for this Indian "Team". Plenty of talent at all positions...which is why a 3rd place finish and a playoff berth is the reward. Check yourself...

Your ridiculous if you don't give credit where credit is due. Indians played their rear ends off and most everyone on this thread gave them no chance! Congrats to Texas City but 42 pts on their great Defense is something for PNG to hang their hats on moving into the playoffs!
