In the playoffs its ALL about coaching adjustments and match ups...I know what Coach E can do adjustment wise, and I also know what the Central coach lacks in that area...NOT that Coach Lee is just that terrible, but Coach English is just that much better.  I do understand that this Central team is a very young group, but with that you also must implement another coaching dynamic, and thats taking advantage of the "too young to know any better" factor, and allow them to play loose as well... Did you know your dad started 4-5 freshmen on varsity during one of his coaching gigs?  He allowed those freshmen the latitude to screw up but learn from their mistakes, and probably the best contribution he made was to allow those freshmen to play to[color=red] their strengths[/color]. His system matched the players he had, not the system trying to mold the players. I wonder if the folk in Wichita Falls realize that they have royality in their midst?

The other was originally recruited by a prep school but decided  not to attend.  The Central soph. players I was referencing had verbally said they were attending Ozen and changed their minds that summer before entering as Frosh. ;) [/quote] Beaumont is a district of choice, so until school starts those freshmen are free to chose where they want to go.  And what is the difference in being recruited by a prep school and deciding not to attend, and being recruited by Ozen and deciding not to attend? I say, let the records speak for themselves.  Right now Central is in first place, so they are the better team.  They have also beat the other two "contenders" at least twice each.  No one knows if this is the way it will be this time next week.  You can live in the past, hate on the coaches or whatever, but the it does not change the first place team.  And, if you don't like the coach or coaches, apply for the job.

[/quote] It is very hard to rebound when the Ozen players have both arms wrapped around your body.  And when Ozen players jump up and chop you on the shoulder with their elbow (4).  For the majority of the game, the calls were even, what was fair for one was fair for the other.  But, as the regulation game came to an end, the refereeing was so biased, even a "non-basketball" person could tell.  Talk about needing to fix something.
