Magnolia (7-6, 1-0) 53 Waller (7-2, 0-1) 45. Bulldogs out to defend last year's district title, but watch out for Waller's freshman pt guard Laila Blair! She has the look of a future D1 player. Great talent!

With District play kicking off for some this week, any thoughts on who would make up an area Top 10 at this stage of the season?

Last night, Porter swept Caney Creek Splendora swept New Caney Porter in 3rd at 10-4 Caney Creek in 4th at 8-6

Caney Creek beat New Caney yesterday. Caney Creek goes to 8-4, while New Caney drops to 6-6.

Anyone know the current district standings? MaxPreps is missing several games and doesn't look reliable.

LOL - maybe Steph Curry's little girl would be a good prospect! Think Lumberton will do very well next year with all of last year's returnees and HF will have an exciting brand of basketball to watch.
