This guy is a is the best candidate. Guarantee Troy will get the kids that can really ball off the streets and on the field. Hj's better player are in the stands or at BISD football game...lol- Hire Spree if you want to win now. They probably wont because they have Never had a Black football coach, Assistant or Head. You have to get the stronger minority kids from Cheek, China, Nome, and Sour Lake to play. Not just the rich kids from Pinewood.
I don't think the color of the skin of the football coach has anything to do with certain students participating in football at HJ. It has more to do with the work ethics of certain idividuals who felt that certain positions should be handed to them, that in no way should thay be made to compete with other athletes for these positions. To make a statement that a certain person wouldn't get the job due to the color of his skin is what makes these topics turn ugly and end up having to have the admins lock them. Just keep your race-baiting comments to yourself.
Hire Troy Esprit!!
Does Esprit have his teaching certification? Just asking, that is required by the state, not unless he would want to get paid aid pay and be the head coach. He would make around $20k that way.Not sure if anyone would do that.
 3.
Seriously. I don't even want to read 4A playoff threads for fear of the SC folk talking about themselves to the point of idiocy. And i thought we (PNG) were bad.
PinoyNDN I like the Avatar. Are you a boxing fan? You should get a boxing thread going. Did you see Adrian Broner fight this past saturday?
 4. I have noticed that St. Annes always has a excuse for when they lose, football and basketball. I remember when yall were calling out C.O. in basketball, got beat, then made excuses. lol. Take a loss and move on.
 5. I like the change! I hope the kids play football and do not just worry about the roundball, good talent there at times.
 6. Any offense can be good. It helps to have great athletes in the offense, but all offenses are good. Vidor in the wing t and nasty slot did a great job last year and that is very similar to the Dead T. If you can line up in a Dead T or even a wing t and run a buck sweep to perfection you are almost unstoppable. Lockhart did it 3 years ago with some of the worst talent in the state of Texas. They went from 0-10 to I believe 8-2 and a playoff team. Plus with teams lining up in the 4-2-5 now, they have to switch personnel for that one week to be big enough up front for the downhill attack. One last example is Liberty Hill, the won a few state Championships, in some wild formations, with no one flanked out.
 7. Pitch the Ball because in TAPPS III you don't have to do many special things to move the ball. I you have a good back who can run, then you feed him the rock; I wouldn't worry about that if I was a fan of legacy. Coach Sandford is a good coach and will get things done.
