1. Sounds like y'all are seeing the same issues with the officiating that we did last week..Hmmm ???
 2. Damn! That sucks...But win or loose, we are all still very proud of the Bulldogs! Keep those heads up guys, you are still an excellent team, and still have a lot to be proud of! Good luck to Georgetown next week!
 3. I'll be rootin' for y'all saturday! I was able to make it to Reliant last w/e, but unfortunately I have to work OT tomorrow and I can't make it to this one in person. Will there be any live Internet or radio (houston area) broadcast of the game on? Don't let me down guys!! GO DOGS!
 4. I'm Pullin' for the Bulldogs in this one. I think that If your guys can just play as close to a mistake free game as possible, and most of the calls go your way, you should be able to get the win against GT. I was not that impressed by their teams (GT's) abilities, and I don't think that they necessarily played any better IMO than the 'Cats did last weekend. They just had more breaks that went their way, and made a couple less mistakes, that was it. Our guys just made too many mistakes on offense AND on defense, and they lost because of it. Period. From what I have seen, GT does not appear to be more special than Angleton or Ned. I think Nederland moves ahead after tomorrow. GO DOGS!
It will be a battle.  These two teams seem very similar in a lot of ways, but totally different in the game plans.  Both have good athletes... Think it just comes down to who has the best game preparation and planning with fewest mistakes.
Yep. That is the reason that Angleton lost to GT. Just a couple too many mistakes...mostly by the Cat's defense. And GT was prepared to take advantage of the opportunities provided to them on that day.
 6.

Bastrop put 28 points up running the same type of offense and they don't have two 1,450 yard backs in the backfield.  Angleton will get in the 40s at the very least!
The game with Bastrop was 33-7 at half, Georgetown pulled all their starters starting the 2nd half. You have the game in hand why play your starters in a game that means nothing. No reason to risk injury when the games out of hand.
Trust me when I say that Angleton isn't Bastrop. You'll see what I mean soon.
 7. Glad to see that things ended up turning out in y'alls favor after that bonehead call. I was sitting right there on the west side of the south end zone, and I couldn't believe what had just happened!!! What a dumbass! But then again, I'm not sure why, but EVERY time Angleton has played Dawson they have also had to play the officials... >:(
 8. Good job 'Dogs!! Now it's time for the 'Cats to take care of business and chew up some more birds tomorrow!
 9. Good Job BIG NED!! Great game tonight! As far as the idiot refs go, I think any team who plays Dawson always seems to have to play the refs too. At least that's how it has always been for us.  >:( Anyway, we have a lot of work to do tomorrow (and a lot of driving ::)) But I believe the Wildcats will take care of business and then we can see a re-match next weekend!
 10. They had better worry 'cause they are gonna get a BIG Black and Gold surprise tonight! :o
 11. La Marque was in district 24-4A last season with 3A enrollment numbers, and they were one of only a couple of teams that were able to take down (35-28) the Pearland Dawson Eagles, who were just as good of a team then as they are now if not better. So I'm leaning toward LaMarque eeking this one out.
 12.
Bastrop put 28 points up running the same type of offense and they don't have two 1,450 yard backs in the backfield.  Angleton will get in the 40s at the very least!
Yeah, and I'm pretty sure the cats are much, much better at running that offense than bastrop is too. ;)
 13.
Always have a purple shirt laying around just in case yall make the playoffs. Hope you wear your Black and Gold friday.  8)
My daughter and I will be at Reliant on friday night pulling for Ned. Are any of y'all gonna wear those purple shirts and come to cedar park on sat to root for US?  ;D LOL!! I wouldn't blame you if you say no..It's a long azz drive.
 14.

was at ned vs angleton game and they are good and fast. i think angleton will win but if they make mistakes Gt will make them pay. Angleton 31 GT 21
What about their pass defense?
I think they have close to 25 Ints on the year.  If you include forced fumbles they have forced about 40 turnovers this year in 12 games.
It should be a good game, also hope Ned wins Friday as well, I will not make either game but will be there next week pulling for those bulldogs. ;D
Cat's D is VERY QUICK and powerful, and will work together and do thier best to get at the GT QB and cause him to make mistakes (which WILL lead to turnovers / int's) if he chooses to try to pass it. If GT trys to run the ball, I think they will also have trouble moving it foreward. All I can say is speeeeeeed kills! And we have a LOT on both sides along with a good mix of size and power.
I would like to know if there is any video on the Ned@Angleton game?
I seriously doubt it, as it was storming / raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock for about the last 35-40 min of that game. So bad that halftime show had to be cancelled. :o
 15. I do believe NED can win against PD, but I won't put much stock in those projections otherwise after seeing how far off they were last week. After all, they said SC was supposed to beat the G-string turkeys...not. ::) I think Angleton will prove 'em wrong again this week too.
