1. I agree, way too many snaps with 10+ seconds on the clock.
 2. I never intended to trash Crosby's attendance, only pointing out that Vidor always travels well. I'm familiar with the Crosby area, I have many friends and family there.  The town size is not why Vidor travels well.  PNG and Nederland also travel well, but usually have a little bit better reason to travel.  Not many teams have had the stint of bad seasons and retained such a following.  I can't explain it, but Vidor attends games even during the past 30+ years without a winning season.  We support our team no matter what.
 3. Did anyone notice who from the Crosby team took all their gear off, threw it on the ground and marched out of the stadium without shaking hands or participating in any other their post game team stuff?  I saw him, but didn't see who it was.  What a baby!

We had well over 200 fans that's a huge stadium, but it wasn't the normal showing mainly because a huge core of our fans work shift work, and can't go watch a football game on a Thursday night, unless they have a kid.
Shift Work?? Yeah right and nobody from this area works shift! Did you not notice the chemical plant and refinery that were right behind you last night...They were still running! Didn't shut'em down for the football game.  ;D
Exactly! I have begged, borrowed, traded shifts, burned vacation over the years to make PNG games. What a lame excuse! Vidor fans have always supported their team win or lose. Over the years I always remember them showing up to support their school.
Nobody travels like Vidor.  You will not find a fan base more loyal to a team that historically is so bad (sorry fellow Pirates).  That crowd was the same when I was in school on road games 1hr+ with an 0-10 team.  We always have a crowd, but now we get to go home with wins.  The entire Golden Triangle (Beaumont, Orange, Port Arthur and surrounding areas) is sustained by shift work.
 5.
Where is Galena Park's stadium? I have to work in Baytown all next week. Leaving from there to see my Pirates.
I think the quickest way is to take I-10 West to Beltway 8 north.  Then take the second exit, which is Wallisville.  At the light, which is Wallisville, turn left (crossing under Betlway 8).  The Stadium will be about 3/4 of a mile on the right.  If you're close, you can't miss it, giant stadium.
