This is just my opinion [/quote] Huffman will runaway with district again they lose only 3 starters from a team last year that was very young. watch out for blain hashagen has been clocked as high as 89 to 90 on the mound and is a great catcher 1.9 average pop time he hit .392 last year. also watch out for Austin Key hit .414 last year as a freshman and played a great 3rd base

if you go by stats then # 7 Joel Witwer from Huffman has to be one of the best on both side of the ball he has 949 yard on 49 rec and 12 tds recieving and is 9 for 146 with 2 tds rushing. plus has 8 ints(6 of which came in the first 4 games when the teams passed the ball more) and reterned 2 for tds. No one has more recieving yards in this distict or this area, and I bet he is one of the int leaders for the area as well.

Wow those are impressive. Winning almost 3/4 of you games is quit an accomplishment. I think many would like to see some records of some guys that are still making a name for themselves. . Do you know if Hufman won that scrimage Huffman may have something about that ;D How did Huffman do against CE King. Did not go but heard that our outfield needs some work. Heard that the hitting is pretty strong and pitching is a no brainier. Coach D Will have them ready and is the best Coach in our district in my opinion. I seriously doubt that Huffman will see any of your teams bc they should win this district. If they do they get a bye right? In the event they do match up with you guys they should compete with some success. They did pretty well over the last two years in four-a and moving down don't see anyone in your district that hang with them except BC. Huffman has three capbale pitchers Deberry, Henk and Hashagen that can flat bring it. Just my opinion. Explain to me how Huffman drops in classification. I thought Huffman was in a growing area. If you tell me its because the added a new high school in the area, my next question is, did that in turn not cause you to lose any of your returning players to the new school as well? Huffman was right on the "bubble"--at the last realignment they dropped in enrollment to just below the cutoff for 4A---they will be a formidable opponent this season---really good pitching Dont know why we dropped backed down the area is growing and no new schools in the area affected our enrollment. The only thing i could think of is that most of the new people moving into the area have younger kids.

I did not know about the 3rd game and i congratulate KP on winning district with only freshman and sophomores, but i still don't think they will be able to compete with the top schools in this district this year.

I really don't think KP will be that competitive they were co district champs in an extremely weak 3a district. I think they will come in 5th, but have a small chance to take the 4th spot.

no i don't think they can. remember we played in this district before we moved up and the only teams that competed with us were Barbers hill and sometimes splendora. Huffman is just on another level compared to the rest of the teams in this district.
