One of the lady's name is PATRICIA THOMAS, and the reason why she was made was because her son signed up late. And the other IS STEPHANIE MARTIN, and  her son was on the team but he wanted to play with his friends that were on another team. She then went to NEDERLAND (when she lives in PORT ARTHUR)! You might want to go and rewind your tape and take a look. And out of all of the 38+ games, the only one you attended was that one? Is there anyothers that you can SUDDENLY THINK OF? And your right we were voted out but it wasn't 6 to 3, it was 6 to 4: there WERE 11 teams that vote. and the other 6 teams STICK TOGETHER. Kountz for example voted against us and NEVER PLAYED US! WOW what does that say! And no I am not saying that I want to hear WE ARE BETTER BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF OUR TEAM WAS BLACK because we had other races on our team as well! But I would like to know the reason! And just like everyone on here SPECULATE (JUST LIKE YOU), I am able to feel or comment or say whatever I please! You call them mistakes, but they were really rules that were broken. And if there were a problem during the season it would have been brought up. BUT THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS TO BRING UP! BECAUSE PA DIDN'T CREATE ANY! 4. In order for STJFL to have wanted 2 board members to leave a REASON WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED! THERE WAS NO REASON! Truth be told that MARK HOLMES were approached about a parent complaining about LUMBERTON and the things that she said went on. This happened AT THE COACHES MEETING, [b][color=red]BEFORE A GAME WAS EVER PLAYED[/color][/b] and MARK HOLMES didnt like those board members after that. And Lastly, PA people and fans.  Our high school Memorial Titans are going thru the same thing right now as we speak.  None of the teams that have association with the STJFL want to play our kids.  Race has nothing to do with it, ITS TALENT.  Our kids from Flag to High School has tremedous talent on all levels.  At the High School Level. PNG has backed out of their game with Memorial, but says that they would scrimmage us.  Nederland has said that he would never play Memorial. And the other schools are just to afraid to even think about playing us.  So it has nothing to do with race.  ITS ABOUT THE TALENT WE HAVE IN PA. They can run all they want, but when colleges come to SE Texas, they dont stop in Nederland, Pt. Neches or even Bridge City.  They go to PORT ARTHUR.  Oh except for LAMAR. [/quote] What does high school football have to do with it? This is youth football you cannot predict how kids are going to play and how coaches will coach at this level. I have seen good teams with talent not do well and poor talent do well with good coaching. Also, it depends what division you play in. So I dont think you automatically say a team is stacked. It comes down to DID YOU FOLLOW THE RULES? Why do you think teams do not want to play PA? If that was the case, how did you get in? WOS has the best talent year in and year out. I always wanted to play WOS it make our kids better. I willing to bet that there are not too many teams out there that are scared to play PA. I think you trying to change the subject. I have no knowledge of the issues, [color=red]however I know from sitting on the board for 8 years [/color]that it is difficult  job. When there are issues, all the association have different opinions. When that happens, there is usually a divide and becomes a no win situation. But it always comes down why? For years the STJFL has tried to accomodate everyone and have special meeting to help each other but over time, the league loses credibility. [/quote] I don't know where you got your information from but most of your story is WRONG! Yes PA made mistakes at the beginning during registration and cut off dates. They want to blame PA and not take responsibility by showing or explaining to a 1ST TIME TEAM the procedures. STJFL told the president that 2 CERTAIN members had to leave the ENTIRE ORGANIZATION in order to stay. I am sure that they talk to their friend about the real reason. This site is annoymous, so it won't be names said, but neither STJFL or affliates confirm or DENY the real reason. And more than once also. If this is true, then there might be some truth in to the reason why no one is speaking up on why Port Arthur was kicked out. For other teams to consider leaving STJFL, makes the entire league look bad. If youth football is suppossed to be about the kids and STJFL is standing up to that, then why would other teams leave. ****I guess this is another question that will never be answered*****

[/quote] At the begining of the season Port Arthur experienced that same tatic, in STJFL stating that one team was stacked (then stated improper registration to a 1st time organization), and for that the punishment of not being able to compete in the Super Bowl was given. There werent any questions about any other team, but for some reason all were disqualified. Once that punishment was served, they had to decide what to do about the 2012 season, and instead of dealing with Port Arthur, they removed the ENTIRE CITY from THEIR organization! We just have to deal with the facts that no one will step up and no one will admit to the real reason why Port Arthur is no longer in STJFL!
