If you controlled the game, how in the heck did you allow them to score 46 points [/quote] Well, when the other team runs somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 or 8 offensive plays and scores 5 times, plus adds 2 def touchdowns, it's kinda hard to win the game.

And I guarantee you they wont be against us ;) [/quote] PA is a tough team.  We did what we needed to do to beat them.  No other game has been close, including our scrimmage of Ned B.  Had it been a full game it would have been ugly.  The test for us will be the next two weeks.  After that, we will know if our 3 pt win vs PA was the real deal. [/quote] IMO, I think this is a toss up.  Lum W barely got by Ned B, and other than that their schedule has been pretty easy.  Lum R lost to two very good teams in Bmt G and WOS.  Bmt G handled Ned B like they did Lum R, and it may come down to who has had more tests in the regular season.  If that is the case, I'm going with Lum R.  Plus they hit harder.

Bmt G in that 3 way match up.  No disrespect intended, believe me.  You guys will beat Lum W...I am sure of it.  You've got some decent hitters and crazy speed.  I like watching your boys play. [/quote] Last time I checked, out hitting a team doesn't mean anything if it doesn't put points on the scoreboard.  And I'm sorry, but I saw some of the bmt g/lum r game and that was about as lopsided a contest between two good teams I've ever seen.  Bmt G dominated that game from start to finish and put plenty of hard hits on Lum r's workhorse.  Bmt g is a scary team.

Just wanted to throw my two cents in.....At MCM I think alot of the fans that left early (at least all the ones sitting around me) were upset at the call on 4th down, and when we didn't make it, they heard the fat lady singing.  Another thing is with a fan base our size, we have alot of senior citizens that leave early every week, win or lose. And some of those fans are at the stadium whether its home or away at 5:00 pm.(or earlier)  Congrats to the bulldogs for their win friday night.  Neuman outcoached Faircloth for the second straight year.  Your boys were much better prepared than ours.  One thing I will say, I was really disappointed in the Nederland fans this year.  I can't remember the last high school game I went to where I could hear boos during our school song and very loud boos while our band was getting ready to take the field at halftime.  That's pretty classless.  You guys don't have to like us, but this game is ultimately about the kids.  Shame!

Just wanted to elaborate on that png g score.  Scoreboard was broken and time was kept on the field.  Game started at 8:30 and we were in the parking lot by 9:45.  Had they kept the time on the scoreboard it would have been alot worse.

All I know is that I have a buddy who now has to go to the Nederland games because his step-daughter is on the drill team and he says all those guys in the stands can talk about is PN-G.
