Personally I do not think that we got robbed. We had a terrible day and just got beat by a better team. Some people might blame it on enrollment but doesn't GT have less people then Conally and Dawson? But we had a great year and many memories from it. Good luck to GT the rest of the way, I'm rooting for y'all.

[/quote] No doubt that SETX has talent in every sport. When it comes to football we always have that team or two that are really good and make a deep run. Just when we get to about the 4th round we run into a team that is just that good and get bounced out.

20-4a had a great, memorable season. Gonna miss watching one of the teams play each week. What do you think the All-District team will look like.

We had a great year and just ran into a team that was just better than us. Next year we have 16 players returning. Looking forward to next year. Now our players need to get ready for basketball and baseball.

Him and Malveaux are both Juniors that will be returning next year. Still going to be great up front next year.

UT was at practice yesterday scouting him.

One kid to keep an eye on is Soph. Colby Price for Ned. He's not the strongest or fastest but he has a beautiful swing and hits the ball hard every time. Robbins may bring him up to pinch hit or just to get experience in tourneys. The JV and Soph team will be strong again this year as well.

It is so hard to choose one thing over another with these two teams personal wise. GT is tight, Ned is tight. GT has pride and heart, well so does Nederland. GT a disciplined team, Ned is as well. GT been together for years.. So has Ned. Gt never had as much talent, Ned always has talent but none of this magnitude. Only difference is see is GT is a quick high powered O, and Ned is a big physical D. This game is going to come down to who covers punts, kicks better. And who can make a extra point or field goals the most. But, since I attend Nederland High School right now I am going to be a homer and say that we are going to win this one. Just things I hear from the players I have classes with is that they are determined for the BIG TROPHY in Dallas. They know GT is going to be tough, but they are prepared and want all they got. GT is going to see a team that they have never seen before come at them, and they are not going to like it. GO BIG NED.

Still alot of yds considering dawson had 13 penalties and 4 fumbles. [/quote] One fumble was on a two point conversion, another on a snap, forgot what one was, and we recovered the other.
