Russell McDaniel....New Diana coached team to playoffs this season. Stan Hodges.....Kountze finished 4th in district team has gotten better than past years. Jason Fergusion.Blooming Grove could fine alot on him need some help. Chris Pacucha...Deweyville coached offensive line and defense 3rd year. Kenneth Gilchrist....Duncanville OC likes to the throw the ball around. If anyone else has more info on these guys let's hear it. They are going to hire Thursday night.

I just hope the powers to be have made a good choice. I think Lamar's football future is riding on it. Remember you get what you pay for!

They were suppose to interview last week. It is pretty quite in Pirateland. I would think coach Pachuca would have this wrapped up. It would be nice to hear something.

Lamar will not average more than 10,000 if Lamar doesn't bring in a big name. Only 1 time to get community excited and on board. Its like a freight train. 2 small U-18 engines will not get 150 cars up to 60 mph. You need the big Dash 9's. If the train was already going 60 mph, then the U-18's could maintain that speed. Lamar needs a big engine to get the program up to speed first, then bring in a Stump or Woodard. Somebody knows a little about the railroad! I UP for awhile.

Think little = be little. Guys it all starts with the coach. If he cannot generate some fire this thing will not get off the ground. I am not impressed with some of these names. I hope and pray we are headed in the right direction with football. We SHOULD be naming a coach soon I hope. >

I do not think the REZ will be competed to play football this year. The job is not moving as fast as thought.

TT and Vance are big shoes to fill. I did not see any last year that will step up and EC not miss a beat. Those type of young men leaving are rare to have and represented EC very well. Best of luck to you both it has been a pleasure.

That would be a great hire for DV. Hodges should be at a program where football is given the primary importance it deserves. Despite claims to the contrary, it (football 1st) isn't the case where Hodges is currently at. Best wishes to Hodges and DV, however it ultimately works out. I agree. He would be a good one.
