Yes we played Fall Ball at West End and used the Soft baseball and it is not very good for hitting or fielding.

Is the RIF 5's a safety ball............if so we at TC do ont use it in coach pitch.......we use a hard ball.

That is a major concern for me.............on my team we have 7-8 kids that can pound the ball and I worry about putting someone in the infield that does not pay attention.

As much as I think that the kid is great, I do not think that he is D1 material............he is too small. Not too many 5'8 shooting guards in D1. He could go JUCO and then onto a decent school, but I just do not see him going anywhere bigger than a JUCO or D2 or D3 school.

I am sure like in the past the others around him will develop. Henderson has never had what I would say as "great teams", but once they get into high school and get around the "best coaching staff in SE Texas" they seem to turn it up a few notches!!!!! ;)
