Kaleb Denny...Jr.  Barbers Hill...1 vs. La Porte Tyler Beasley...Sr.  Barbers Hill...1 vs. La Porte

How many scrimmages do you witness where a coach let's the scoreboard be used for anything other than balls, strikes and outs?  None, that I've seen in 19-4A and 13-5A.  Only place that I've seen scores kept is in the stands.

Aren't Scrimmages, like, where everybody plays, all wantabe pitchers get a chance to pitch, and they don't keep score...cause it's not a real game?

Sad...Don't think that you can single out one position player, and base the success, or failure, of your season on that.  Those Bronco seniors played into week 3 of playoff season for two and three years and deserve more.  JMO

Aldridge is a good RB, but there r several in 19 4A who would hav to be rated higher.  For pure toughness, O'neil of BH would get my vote.  He gets more carries than Aldridge and has twice the yardage, mostly right up th middle.

Believe it's been talked about, on here, several times.  D1 programs have a total of 11.7 scholarships to give out.  70% of a full is about the max for a good recruit.  Don't know of any fulls given recently.  Would hav to really be a game changer to be offered a full.  If your a good enough student, academically, they can sometimes work out more $$$. 

At his age, 86 - 88 is fine.  And, if he's got movement, and a second pitch...He'll do fine.

Stats show Marquise Thomas being the leading ball carrier and leading yards/carry guy. With him having twice the number of carries, looks like Collins gets the defense watchin Thomas, then does his thing.  Collins carries out good fakes off his other backs.  He will certainly keep a defense honest.

Houston Chronicle High School Sports...Through first 6 BH games they had 27 penalties for 195yds.

Ohhhh Mr. Trocket...In just 6 games this season(those were all the stats listed), the Lions posted 44 penalties for 364 yards. Isn't that over 7 penalties/game?

Can they be shut down by concentrating on their Hoss?

At least 8 of those BH backs play in every game...Close, or blowout.

[/quote]I believe Livingston will score more than 34 points in this game. Certainly anything can happen...But...I don't believe that Livingston will hold BH under their ppga. Not if the Lion's season defensive stats are any indication.  However...We've seen stranger things happen over the seasons. Livingston...27ppg scored      BH...41ppg scored Livingston...29ppg allowed    BH...10.5ppg allowed

Speaking of stats...Chronicle and Setx, not always close.  Where does each get their numbers?

Understand that Dayton won the BH game...But, it's a stretch to say that the Bronco defense is better than the BH defense.  Head to head, look at the numbers.
