Lets Play

I will be at this game. With two weeks to prepare for an opponent, I'm sure Finney will have a great gameplan that envolves more Mosely. Like 55 said we didn't need him offensively against Comesneil and it will be difficult for teams to gameplan against him due to no prior participation at HD. It's going to be a good game no matter the opponent. Lets go HD. Show the doubters that y'all are worthy of the title District Champs. Continue to play hard and execute and hopefully y'all will go far. I'm excited for this game. Can't wait to see what Finney has in store.

I never went to school in the Daisetta school district so being a so called Daisetta faithful I would disagree with. I do though watch and study a lot of football. Daisetta is a good playoff team. We will see what the sceptics say when they do win the first game they play. They were told they weren't good enough at the beginning of the season and they have proved that they are. It just irks me that there are people that would downgrade the success of kids playing a game they love. That's not specifically pointed to your comment but just let the boys enjoy their victories and encourage them to play their hardest on the next game.

They didn't just BEAT Colmesneil... They beat everyone in their district handily. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but Daisetta is a very good team. They are clicking on all cylinders and maybe need to fix a few mental mistakes and that's it. Congrats to the Bobcats on a district championship when you were chosen last entering this season.

Great win tonight. Some shady calls an no calls in this game. The back ups were put in a little early in my opinion or this score would have been much more lopsided. Bulldogs didn't stop fighting though. Figuratively and physically. Overall a great win by the Bobcats. This game should show that the Bobcats are a legitimate playoff contender. Prayers go out to Dustin Welch. Hopefully you make a speedy recovery.

[/quote]I appreciate your apology and accept it with good feelings.  I have a new subject for you.  I have heard that there will not be an athletic banquet this year.  It is my understanding the Seniors and the athletes that will be awarded awards will be invited to the honors banquet and the others will get a b.b.q. meal during school one day and a play day.  I feel all the athletes deserve recognition for their hard work, even if they do not recieve an award.  Our school has lost a sense of pride if they are not willing to honor all the athletes.

[/quote]If you like the computer so much, you might want to look up Oklahoma Panhandle State University and see that it is a D2 college.  As for as my child, I do not see what your problem is with him.  If he has wronged you in anyway, I will see to it that he apologizes to you in person.  As far as I know, noone stated he recieved a scholarship.  The university has offered him room and board and waived the out-of-state tuition.  If you would like to see his letter of intent I would like to show it to you.  It simply states that if you sign the letter of intent, you cannot play at any other college for one year.  Further more, I would appreciate it if you would not talk about my child anymore.

[/quote]FYI, Tyler Drake has said he is not playing football next year.  From what I saw, Marberry #14 was their best player.  Tyler was one of the top, but not the top.  According to local gossip H-D will be losing all of their coaching staff. If any return it will be Williams and Anderson.

[/quote] I don't really think HD has a bubble to bust this year.  Some people maybe really fanatic, but most of us are just people that either played or are still playing at HD.  I know HD is having a down year, but we can still be prideful of where we played ball.  On paper HD is not as good as WH, but I have seen good Oiler teams lose to HD.  Will it happen this year?  Maybe, maybe not.  As far as High Island goes, congrats for being able to field a team this week.  I think HI is not picking and choosing opponents they just are not able to play when players are injured.  I pick HD to win over HI. H-D had too many mistakes again.  Lost 12 to 7 , we also had one touchdown called back for unsportsmanlike conduct. Celebration while running for the goal line.
