Just curious what SE basketball thinks about this matchup??

To be honest, I have no clue as to what is happening with the coach.  But after reading the posts I would like to comment that it appears to me that the coach was asking more out of the boys than they were willing to give.  The current coaching situation is in the program that I currently support.  If you lay back and support the Coach , great things will happen.  If you degrade the Coach and put blame your program will go down.  To the parents I suggest that you support and uphold the coach, not duck and run and try to change things for your sons or daughters short term benefit.  If you are one of those parents then shame on you. A Coach should be measured by his productivity throughout the program, not judged on one ore two games or even a schedule..It is time we let the Kids play ball and forget our prejudices..

Big Sandy is a very sound fundamental team, very consistent.

High Island is lucky to have Coach Wagner. He is a talented intelligent teacher and coach, watch HI the next few years.

Oh Bull $^@^&  , those refs missed it both ways, do you care to comment on the back court that was overturned in the last minute.  Not making excuses Trinity had their chance, we are at least men enough to give Kountze credit.  I certainly do not appreciate your comment........

Not going to blame Refs either, Trinity had their chances, but there was extremely poor officiating. 

I wouldnt describe Trinity as being handled easily any longer......

Great job Trinity, Kountze was outplayed, Trinity just missed in some key moments.  Congratulations Kountze and good luck.. 

Can the Trinity boys get a little respect.  The have performed well against stiff competition.  Kountze will know they are in a ball game.
