Good win Liberty, and way to start the season off strong. The only problem I have with this, is the Panthers have scheduled weak teams to start the season, and haven't really played any good competition! They never scheduled great teams, but I miss playing Bridge City and Hamshire Fannett (which was usually a good game)! But am I the only one who thinks they should start putting them back on the schedule? It can only help seeing as its pre-district! Not taking anything away from the Panthers because they have whipped up on the teams they have played but the Trojans and WOS (come playoffs) are going to be a little bit better than Hardin, and Huntington!

Liberty looked pretty good. They have a few new kids, with some pretty good speed! With that being said, not a very big team, but the speed can make up for this! Should be fun to watch this year! Congrats Panthers, and Jones isn't the only reciever that opposing D's need to worry about, Williams looked pretty impressive tonight!!!

Liberty should be able to score, only question is will the D be able to hold up against, the pass.. but I will still take the panthers 36-20!

Pretty Much, we were hunting the Reservoirs down 563, and a bunch of ducks were going down in that area. We were trying to figure out where it was and the best explination was Mac. Then my friend said he didn't think you could hunt it because something to do with lake Charlotte but i dont think he realized that it was on completely different sides of the "split" in the river. And i also had a question about navigable waterway but you cleared that up, so thanks!

I have been duck hunting my whole life, now im starting to venture out on my own, and was wondering if you can hunt Mac Lake? I have plenty of area's to hunt but me and a friend of mine got in an argument about Mac Lake! So any help will be appreciated!

[/quote] Taking a knee would be the right thing to do, but its not as common in baseball as it is in football. I can't remember anyone taking a knee for one of our players or us taking a knee for them, when I played!

I know two of the players, and they are the "meat", but as a team they aren't very old, big, or strong!

Liberty was losing 7-2 when I left the game. They are really young, and don't have much power, but could possibly have some speed!

Heard today that Liberty is scrimmaging Hardin, kind of surprised me, I liked the old Orangefield Scrimmage Rivalry haha!

What ever happened to him?

...And what i mean by my previous post is that I have witnessed some pourly ref'd games but that usually doesn't put you down by 30, maybe Liberty had a bad night! Or BH just showed up and kicked butt!

I wasn't there and wish Liberty a great year. But honestly were the Panthers out played? haha I mean seriously without refs would Liberty have won? Down by 30? If BH shot 60 FT's then i understand why it could be the refs fault for the loss! Im just wanting the real story!

I have also noticed that Deal doesn't really jump into his players butts like Stewart and Sadler did! The boys were always fired up and ready to go! It seemed they acted like they had more to play for back in those days! JMO
