Answering your question, yes the current position coaches have something to do with our problems. The coaches that left had another level of intensity that spread to the players. And I agree with Badndn about the TOP with spread teams wearing out the D. It doesn't matter if you play one way if you are on the field all night. I saw several games, including the Lum game where the defense was pretty tight in the first half and just ran out of steam in the second. Especially in close games.

Ned had defense problems before we switched to the spread, (lost some good position coaches) so much for your proof.

I'm trying to reel you in Soulja. You would be a good source for Central updates, being a Super Fan that you are.

Hopefully Ned will be Most Improved. That was the biggest thing that has been missing the last few years.

The bear and the principal did apologize at PNG. That part is true. I think I was still in school when that happened.

Ozen was in the old 19-4A for the first for years I think, which was a weak district. They had a lot of trouble when they got to 20-4A at first but they have had a couple of goods years in this district.

It generates excitement about the new year that's all. I remember when we switched to our current color, lots of excitement!

Thanks for the input. I hope that I will be able to do every game, so everyone that "follows" my page will be up to date at least every quarter for non-Nederland games! Unfortunately I will maybe make one game this year

Its not too hard. Sign up for an account, link your phone under devices and you will get text msg updates. You can also link other programs such as Yahoo, AOL IM , facebook, etc. I figured this would be good for all the people in the stands saying " I wonder what the score is at the " (insert team name here) game?" Everyone will be up to date on the whole district, and can follow the dogs if they can't get to the internet or the radio.

I will be "tweeting" updates for Nederland games for all of you who are unable to get to the internet or radio, or are sitting in a stadium somewhere. (by text message) ;D I have decided that play by play would be too much so for Ned games, i will probably update after each scoring drive. Seems like we went deeper than the l-caboose last year

If Neds defense improves it wl be a much closer game. We were able to throw against WOS, just couldn't stop their "O". We had that problem all season.

Well we had snow the second week of April here, that would make for some interesting games! The trainers would be griping about frostbite!
