Can somebody explain how that works? I was told that Nac had the ball and knealed it on their last 2 point conversion to send the game into overtime. What is the deal with having to win by 8?

What's sad is he fact that you don't have anything better to do than get on here and talk about a game that happened 2 weeks ago. I think that reality must have set in. If a team that everyone said you would beat by 50 points held you to a three point game; playoffs don't look to promising for you do they? (Don't you have a game to get ready for?) As far as SA being a dump, the last time I was in Groveton all I saw was bars and gas stations. You need to point that finger around your own town before you worry about us. One more thing, enjoy it while you got! Next year is gonna be a different story!

Both teams are 2-2 in district. SA coming off of 47-16 win over Hemphill. New Waverly coming off of loss to Groveton. Play-off spot on the line! What do you think? SA By 2 td's. GO WOLVES!!!!

Final score 47-14 San Augustine. SA played a great game. Looking forward to next week.

Congratulations to the JV and 7-8th grade Wolves last night. You both played good games. Good job stopping #3 on the JV. He had a thousand yards last night but it was all east and west. Good job boys!! Also want to wish the Varsity Wolves good luck tonight!! You have come along way since the beginning of season. I'm not sure what has happened in Hemphill. They have some really fast hard running backs. I have heard there is a little dissention among the ranks. I expected them to do a lot more than they have. I really expect them to show up friday night and play hard. They always do when we play them.

These two teams always play hard against each other. Should be a good game. I think we came out of the Groveton game healthy so we should be able to make a showing friday night. Have to go with SA. GO WOLVES!!!!

Yall are not the only ones in that kind of shape. I believe that we were only five kids above the 1A limit ourselves. We had teams like kirbyville and newton to contend with last year though!

That was one of the best games I've seen in a long time. In a game this close you hate to see anyone lose. I want to thank the Indians for playing a hard game and being good sportsmen. To the pack, I want you to know how proud I am of you. You played an awesome game and never let up. I hope that you learned two things from tonight. 1 Don't over or underestimate anybody. There is not a team in this division that you can't play ball with. 2 Know that you can MAKE things happen. Mr. Jesse When your head is right, nobody can stop you. When it's not, nobody can help you. PS Not bad for a team that is over 50% sophomores!!! (Look Out)

Keep on underestimating and see what that gets you!!! Better bring an umbrella. Looks like this one may get wet. I don't think that Groveton has seen the speed that they are gonna see tonight. May be wrong. Just my opinion. GO WOLVES!!!!!

Not sure that Groveton is gonna "have there way with them". Depends on which team shows up tonight. If we can get the offense that showed up against Deweyville and the defense that was there the night we scrimmaged Center, things may be closer than you think. Offense, for SA #11 Khadafy Davis had an awesome game. Great catch and run by #14 Pete Jenkins. Defense, #9 Michael Harrison had some great stops, knocked down a pass or two and had a couple of forced fumbles.

We know how you feel! I think we missed dropping to 1a by 4 or 5 kids.

Good Luck to the Wolf Pack. If they can play with the intensity that WE all know they can it should be a good win for them. Just like I said earlier, if they can all fire on all 8 cylinders at the same, then they will be hard to stop. Offense was still moving the ball against Garrison in the fourth quarter. If you were at the game you know what happened there. Garrison got most of their points as a result of penalties. Goiod luck to both teams and every one drive safely. 

Let me make an assumption of my own. I am going to assume that you are not smart enough to figure this out on your own, so let me help you. SA fan 9 means that I am a FAN from SA and my son is number 9. You need to take your inexperienced criticism and find another home for it. Go tell one of the players what you think about their coaches and see what it gets you.
