It was something like 85-15 with Liberty winning. I know it was ugly.  May not be exact score but it's pretty close.

Can't hardly wait for this one!!!! I am biased and say LCM wins in this one.  But going to Nederland---it's not going to be a cake-walk!!!!  Bears and Bulldogs.....it will come down the bottom of the 4th quarter - FINAL POSSESSION :)!! Just hope it's a great game, no injuries, best of luck to both teams !!!!! This is what 20 4A football is all about!!!!! GEAUX BEARS!!!!!!!!!!

Sure, we weren't happy about the outcome but we should not have had to deal with Vidor fans screaming at us for cheering on our team while sitting on the appropriate side.  I will say - Vidor has one of the best homecoming shows around the area!!!! Love the band marching in the dark and the fireworks!!! They have lots of spirit!!!  The parking was terrible but hey---it didn't cost us the game.  Point to my earlier post was - Vidor and homecoming means lots of people so PNG just needed to be aware since they bring tons of people to the games.  I also believe that the sides should stay separated and no one should have to be ridiculed for cheering on their team. 

Be ready Indian fans --- Homecoming is a huge event in Vidor.  Very neat halftime show but the overcrowding is RIDICULOUS!!!! Last year, we(LCM fans) had to listen to Vidor fans degrading our players, cheerleaders, and coaches.  They were killing us and still kept on.  Anytime we cheered for our players while sitting on the VISITOR side - they made fun and boo'd us. We were on the appropriate side.  They were not.  I know of several complaints to the Vidor admin over this game.  My advice for what it's worth --- bring that PNG pride and pack the stadium so no Vidor fans have room!!! :) Parking is a nightmare --- 2 hours to get out of the parking lot aka field of tall grass(if it rains-it will be closed) !!!! You have been warned friends!!!! :) ;)

What time is the game set for Saturday? I know a couple of Bear fans who are wondering :)

As seeing the Bears only improve by leaps and bounds every game, I say the Ozen Panthers better bring their A game.  We are tough and have been playing lights out.  My Bears better not think for a moment Ozen is not for real though....It will be homecoming and the Panthers are coming off a loss.  That's gonna make them hungry for a "W". Plus they have quick athletes who at any moment can turn it on.  I say "Butch's house" is the place to be Friday night!!!  It's gonna be a battle BUT the Bears roll to 5-0!!!! LCM 35 Ozen 28

I have heard talk of extra bleachers being brought in...who knows!!! Our visitor side is small so if your from L-town - get there early!  Both teams are 3-0 but like someone else posted --- Stepping on the field on Friday, it's 0-0 in district, preseason is out the window, the W at the final buzzer of the 4th will be all that matters!!! Come on L-train....we got some hungry Bears who are looking to prove we have some bite this year!!! WHONK! WHONK!!!! (BTW, I absolutely hate the horn!!! But if it annoys our foes....WHONK,WHONK,WHONK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) :)

Way to bring it back UT guy!!! This is a HUGE game this week for both teams.  It's gonna be great and I heard thru the grapevine....tons of people. Someone suggested over 5000 at this game!!!! Rumor? You never know....But the L-train can bring some fans.  But let them bring all they want....they are coming into Bear Country and we are ready to show what we got!!!!!  LCM takes this one.  Won't be a cake walk but a great football game after a tough week round town.
